I needed to delete my previous review as it was in not meant for this department, so they get a 5 star review. Not their fault.

I like Home Depot better than Lowe's, but an hour and a half for curbside pick up is ridiculous!

If you value your time do NOT shop here. We remodeled our vacation cabin and wasted 6 trips of our contractor to the Lake Bay store and 4-5 for ourselves. just for buckled flooring. The flooring issue was never resolved. With all the money we spent they could have easily comped our inexpensive floor and still made a ton of money. Delivery crew was unable to get down our narrow road with the larger truck No problem they loaded the stuff in our truck and off we go. Now the crew starts to leave expecting me to carry in the items. I had to call them back to unload. No wonder our contractor preferred Lowe's. More recently we purchased a major appliance. They give you a 4 hour time window - even Comcast does better. Even with the 4 hour window Temco was late. The outsourced delivery crew scratched the appliance. This was just the start of the frustration. We were told to call a number. So we called a phone tree and were disconnected 3 times. We ended up making a visit to the store. Why does the shipping company not start the process of obtaining a replacement? We still do NOT have dryer. Numerous employees claim they can only do one thing. The poor processes and lack of employee training is readily apparent. They has not been any attempt to fix any issue we have. Our neighbor has experienced similiar challenges and is on first name basis with the manager.

What a horrible experience!! What a headache!! I ordered in store 6 boxes of laminated wood to do my stairs on 3/10. Waited 3 weeks and went to pick up at the store. 3 out of the 6 boxes were damaged. The associate said she will re-order the 3 boxes for me again. I've been waiting and called in several time. The first associate told me it will be another 2-3 weeks until I get my items. Called in today after 5 weeks of waiting and was told that they don't have a delivery date yet. They are not sure how long and there is nothing I can do. What a waste of my time. I have bought everything for the project and now have to haul them back to return and look elsewhere.

What a waste of valuable time. They keep everything behind bars and locked cages. Okay, I get that, but then why not give all the employees access to said cages? I waited over 15 mins to be helped in garden. I just wanted to buy a chainsaw. I was told by two different employees that they would "get someone who has access to help" and that help never arrived. So I went online and bought one from a competitor, while standing there waiting. Then I left, and no one said a word. It'll be here in two days. Took me 5 minutes to buy it. So if you want to know why online is destroying brick and mortar business, look no further than this Home Depot. Needless to say, I value my time more than Home Depot does, so I will not be returning. All they had to do was sell me a chainsaw. So simple, and they still blew it. Hard.

We were in the store today as well as a week ago. First of all, there is only one guy who knows anything in the store. I know this because we were referred to him by every person in the store. Had to wait in line to talk to him. The employees who are there don't know anything, absolutely nothing. The cashiers don't use the registers, you do. They are there to tell you to use the self checkout. Today was the worst, nothing in stock, the vendors apparently order everything. It is Home Depot, diy including locating, knowledge and self check out. The employees if that is what you want to call them are ignorant of any type of information and rude!

Worst experience ever. I went to customer service, said I am disabled and I need fence panels and posts, can someone help me get them, and get them to my truck. After multiple calls they finally send me to lumber, where I wait a while. The kid working there insists they don't have the panels I want. Finally he says they have them in garden. I tell him I need 4 cedar 2x4x8s...he grabs me pine (I am going to run to Lowes tomorrow and get what I actually need, I guess). Then he hands me the cart and tells me to go across the building to garden. Okay, it's not heavy yet, fine. I go to garden, the guy does begrudgingly load it up with the 6 fence panels and 8 posts, then hands off this overfilled cart...I again say I am disabled and ask for help. He shrugs and walks away. I manage to pull it through the store to checkout, though I am in huge amounts of pain and spasms. At checkout I ask if anyone can help load it...the clerk looks at me like I am scum (I just spent almost $500). I wait another 15 minutes, and thankfully an employee asks to pet my dog. I explained the situation, and she got loaders. All of this took 1.5 hours, I was in terrible pain to the point where I may need a sick day tomorrow, and beyond returning the pine boards your employee gave me when I asked for cedar, I plan on never returning to your store. It was not busy at the store (I timed it as such because I knew I would need assistance and I understand how busy home improvement stores can get). If anyone reading this has any level of disability, especially ones that aren't obvious, I highly recommend Lowes.

In February 2021 they came to my Port Angeles home to renovate my cabinets for 15K. they sent the wrong size cabinet doors. It is now August 2021 and the job is not completed. I always get a recording when I call. Most of the time I do not get a return call; when I do receive a call they say they will look into it. I then don't hear from anyone and I have to call again. I will only go with local contractors or do it myself.

I love coming to this Home Depot location. I always have a very great experience. Thank you to Josh, the manager and Ryan, the checker for all your help. You made my search and check out seamless. I was in and out in no time. An extra shout out to both for helping me when I had a sugar drop at the counter and they both ran around to bring me chips and a pop. You guys are the best!

This has nothing to do with COVID, this has everything to do with the laziness and terrible customer service that so many people receive while at this specific Home Depot 26120 104th Ave SE Kent. This homedepot has the most disgusting bathrooms, terrible inventory, and worst building material quality control I have seen. After purchasing over $2500 of material for a job I have coming up, I needed help loading all the heavy materials into my truck. After asking multiple people and waiting almost an hour finally had one nice employee help me load it into the truck. Matt was his name and he is the only good thing that has happened to this forsaken place. If you have the option, go to either Lowe's across the way or just go to a different HD location.

Lousy service. After waiting for 40 minutes I finally got my boards. Then got in line to pay for them and had to wait for another 15 minutes to get checked out. Three employees were at the side of the register shooting the.....! Not helping anybody.

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. It's almost like covid just made all their employees even more lazy. Let me just say I am not a handyman and all I was looking to do was mount a TV to my wall and needed 3" screws and a 2x4. The staff was so unhelpful and and rude. Clearly nobody wanted to help their customers and when I did ask for help, they make it clear that it's such an inconvenience for them. One employee even went as far as telling me that what I'm trying to do isn't going to work. And just walked away without any explanation or offering any advice. However I do want to say kudos to the Spax sales rep that was there restocking products. He was the only person that was nice enough to ask me if I needed help and he doesn't even work for Home Depot.

To Everyone who buys stuff at the Home Depot DO NOT BUY there Protection Plan or especially Any HOMES PROJECTS because they hired POOR Contractor to do your home and when troubles comes along there Warranty Departments will waste your time, ignore your call/message and email. This is when your Attorney step in to Settle your Claims. I have my Roof done 4 years ago by there contractor. At first when the roof was complete than came the rain I have them come out to fix it's several times. Now After 4 years my roof leaks called them and they said they don't do roof anymore and tell me to find a contractor and they pay for it. Finds 8 contractors all said the same things the roof put on not in accordance house code, sealing was poor and the roof CANNOT be REPAIR. Give them all information that my roof need Replacement Not Repair. 7-8 months after my roof Claim not Settle. I'm about to file Lawsuit. Here is one picture from poor roof installation did to my roof.
