Awful experience. Tried to get a blood pressure prescription refilled they denied it, no one contacted me to tell me it was denied. I ran out of the prescription and when contacting them they said they no longer take my insurance to see them and get the prescription refilled. Now I am left scrambling trying to find a new provider, without my medication and who knows how long it will take to be seen somewhere else. So much for caring for your patients.

Absolutely terrible. They fake it and pretend to be your friend and help you out and then want to question a medical professionals diagnosis who made it over 10 years ago and was a doctor longer than they've even been alive. Prescribing my medication for 3 months and then deciding that they need to reassess me from something that I never asked for my original primary care doctor saw me for 3 or 4 years and then suggested it gave me a proper diagnosis and prescribing medication for over a decade and somehow it's this upstart young brat of a doctor's job to undo all the progress I've made because she's known me all of 30 minutes

Horrible . Waited 3 weeks for my test results was told my prescription was ready. Went to pick up. Was not ready. Was told come back next day. I went back. Still was not ready took almost 1 week.My cholesterol medication is importantMaybe need to switch clinics. Been coming here for 15 years. Worst communication ever.Azim Merali

Terrible Customer Service. Terrible Managers on site. Treated like trash when I had a follow up after my baby had a seizure. No empathy what so ever. It really feels like they do not want to be there. They will also make that very Known. This place needs a real check. Treat people fairly. One even made the comment of she's upset because of the hormones. That was a female doctor by the way. Only one nurse showed empathy. Horrible. Please avoid this place f you can.

Ignore the HealthPoint staff when they try to pressure you to use the HealthPoint pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. They promised a shorter time to fill the prescription but that did not turn out to be true. You have to sit in a crowded waiting room in a doctor's office the entire time you wait. This is miserable when you are sick, so I asked them to instead transfer it to the pharmacy near my house. They REFUSED, so I had to go back to my doctor to ask them to transfer it to the correct pharmacy. They did. Then, 15 minutes later, someone from HealthPoint called my pharmacy and cancelled all the prescriptions. The doctor was not aware of this happening. The HealthPoint pharmacy is a disaster and ruined my day. I still don't have my prescriptions because of them.

REVIEW OF RECEPTION/No opinion on medical care as I didn't get to schedule an appointment.Was given a list of providers by DHSH because I need to get a physical assessment done and was told to call here first.Told immediately they would not be able to schedule me unless I called my insurance and transferred my primary care to them entirely, which I cannot do due to other medical concerns my current primary is addressing. This is somewhat understandable they would want to take over as my primary, but the judgemental and mean tone from the receptionist made me want to warn anyone else who needs an assessment done they will expect you to transfer care.Wish I would have looked at the other reviews here first. Was able to make an appointment at another office without having to transfer care and did not feel talked down to.

Call center absolutely suck. I was transferred to schedule and this dummy said have a nice day and hung up before I could mention the next reason I called to schedule. Common sense you should ask if there is anything else you could help with. Especially after the long wait time to talk to someone it’s very disappointing being disconnected like that without fully being taken care of on the phone.

You have to wait at least 45 minutes longer than your appointment. It looks like they double book appointments for doctors in this clinic. The front desk staff is unprofessional and misbehave with patients.After waiting for 45 minutes and guess what? The nurse said you can rescheduled, since there is another patient ahead of you if you can not wait longer, while no ET is given.For them, it looks like patients have no other business but wait in the clinic or reschedule if unable to sit and wait.

Set appointment to renew medication a month ago. Was dropped as a patient this morning for having insurance they do not take. Ok, I was on a cash basis anyway. "If you have insurance we cannot help you on a cash basis" wth. So basically they will help if you have the accepted insurance or no insurance, but if you have non-accepted your sol.This group could have said something when I set up my appointment instead of waiting til last minute. Now I have to try and find a new provider on very short notice with essentially a executioners axe over my head.Thanks Heathpoint you lot are a class act. ?

not pay attention on patients, i had an appointment 3 weeks ago and the provider told me she would refer me to the urologist and also i had lab at same day but I haven’t received any response.

We have been waiting for more than 40 minutes now to grab one tube of gel for my son. There have been 3 people working and the line was not too long, but we are still waiting. Very slow! We will definitely use another pharmacy next time.

I wish I could give this place a 0 starThe front desk people are just so so rude, They treat people with disrespect especially if you are immigrant , they think since you are immigrant you won’t make a complaint and give them a review.

During my recent visit to Health Point Clinic/emergency in Kent. I had the pleasure of interacting with two exceptional receptionists who truly went above and beyond in delivering outstanding customer service. Their dedication and commitment to helping patients was truly impressive and deserves recognition.The first receptionist Mursal I encountered greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She patiently answered all of my questions, explained the check-in process and helped me navigate the clinic. Her attention to detail and willingness to help really impressed me.The second receptionist Dulce I interacted with was equally impressive. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the clinic's services and took the time to explain everything in detail. She also went out of her way to assist me with scheduling my next appointment, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, both receptionists displayed exceptional customer service skills and were a credit to the Health Point Clinic team. They should definitely be recognized and awarded for their hard work and dedication to helping patients. I left the clinic feeling impressed and grateful for the outstanding service I received.
