We just love this store. Always friendly and helpful. Good sales and be sure to walk every isle so you don't miss something. If you don't find the item, just ask. The staff is always willing to help.

They didn't have what i went in for but the reason im giving it a one star is because of the cashier’s rudeness, really held myself back from escalating but the guy was very rude, sarcastic, even rolled his eyes when i asked him to look something up for me to see if they had it in stock. I asked him for the price of some other stuff i was paying he responded “I ALREADY TOLD YOU THE PRICE(with attitude)”. I ended up just not buying anything extra i had grabbed. I didn't get his name (i wanted to get out of there before i regretted my actions) but he was a tall white older men, bald and very skinny. Happened 11/1/23 nighttime.

Love this store for my auto tools and supplies. Friendly staff and items are usually stocked up.

The young man working is very disrespectful. I showed him a picture of what I needed and asked where it was located. His response was "Well it looks electrical to me" really what kind of help is that. I found it. Then at checkout he is eating a cup of noodles while ringing my stuff up.

One of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever dealt with was at this store. I had an exchange that I needed assistance with and instead of getting the manager for me she rudely told me they couldn’t exchange the item. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me the same thing but was a bit less rude about it. Thankfully the new store in Kent was most gracious and was able to make the exchange for me. As a loyal HF customer this was most disappointing… however, the new store down the road is wonderful, fully stocked, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful :-)

Not the best service at this location. Cashier kept saying no rain checks and had to get a manager.

Staff is super friendly and always willing to help out in any way possible. I love the prices and the quality of the tools for the money. I saved a ton of money on purchasing a ball and hitch here.

Love shopping at HF but cmon people, you gotta clean up your property. Maybe you think it's the landlords job but regardless, it's a dang S-Hole outside. Send some staff out there throughout day for a quick pickup. Take some cash and get the grounds cleaned up. People / companies need to start caring more.

Excellent people. Excellent service. I just come by look for some small item. "Whatever we have is on the shelf." We all heard that before..NOT here.. she go check in the system, page assistance brings it from the storage for $5 item. I really, really appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

Hey, it's Harbor Freight. You know you get cheap, kinda off brand stuff. I stock up on basics, PPE (gloves and disposable masks) zip ties, etc. It's great to save money on expendables in a shop or garage.
