“Grocery outlet is a great place to go for just very small shopping trips. Their prices are extremely reasonable, a lot cheaper than the big department stores. If you need just a quick in and out shopping trip, Grocery Outlet is the place to go!”
“The smell of freshly baking bread is a delight. They've got a tandoor and when you buy some of the Afghan bread he pulls you a fresh one out of the tandoor that is piping hot. They've got some spices, raisins, currants, and nuts for sale too. Their grocery selection is a bit sparse and their hours are seemingly erratic but the bread is delicious and the baker seems to be a nice fellow. The price for the bread is pretty cheap as well.”
“Great affordable spot to pick up wine or drink mixers. The retail center is sketchy though with all of the homeless people doing who knows what in the parking lot. Definitely keep an eye out and possibly bring a friend for safety.”

“YUM. Our new taco place forsure. The flavor on all of the meats is unbeatable in the area. Especially the carne asada. My husband loves the burrito as well. They don't skimp on the portions either. The only thing we haven't been impressed by were the tamales. Everything else has been so good. Mulitas, tacos, burrito, rice, and beans.”

“Lines at checkout can be pretty long, and the produce may not be quite as pretty as at the other supermarkets. But I think the prices make up for that. Also, checkout is usually pretty quick.”
“Very busy on Sundays. They have duck, but make sure you go early in the morning. So you can get one otherwise by twelve noon they run out. They have pork and they sell by the pound. Their pork, his way better than Hong Kong market. By the way, and in just my opinion. Great location to find any Asian dishes. Or asian ingredients that you need. It can get crowded.”

“The gentleman behind the counter is friendly, helpful and funny. It was a super hot day when I went, and I joked about wanting to hide in the cooler. Often, the response I'd get might be dry or otherwise unfriendly, but he simply replied "I do that often!" with a laugh.It nice to be in a small business and feel welcomed, VS the "hurry up and buy" attitude of some places.”

“The soup here is BOMB! They have homemade soups on the daily basis , not sure about weekends but I love going here for their soups. $7 isn't bad for a bowl. The only thing is they don't have an ice/soda machine and I eat ice lol”

“The windshield washer bins, in between gas pumps, were not available for use. Gas prices were competitive compared to other locations , including Arco. Gas is cheaper in Kent than Renton by a few cents.”

“I love this place! I've been coming here since I was a young-ish kid, and I'm 25 now. Even though it ain't what it used to be (no more additional cake bakery and no EBT) it's still a Kent Des Moines classic. it's one of the few places that has withstood the test of time in the area. I mainly come for groceries and pan, but I've had their tacos once or twice and they're amazing! The man who usually is at the cash register is so kind and accommodating. He's helped me out on several occasions where maybe I had the wrong change, used a non working card, or even dropped a whole tray of bread. He's a very good worker and makes the place run smoothly, and even though I don't even know his name he's a familiar face and we have a nice customer-salesman relationship.”

“Didn't have what I needed in stock, but will order it for you and it gets there in a day or two.Great spot to grab all sorts of stuff from dairy, meat, seafood, fried mushrooms to candy to whatever.Anytime I have a big BBQ or crab boil my first stop is here as they can order you 10lb cases of king or snow crab for prices better than Costco or the grocery store. And it's absolutely beautiful crab.Thanks again for your help Kevin.”

“5 Stars this place is amazing i buy from Chandlers very often it is the best place to get a snack or drink for the road The owner is super friendly i sometimes go to the 7 eleven but not as much as Chandlers i highly recommend going here for snacks and if the owner is reading this well hope u have amazing day.”
“For truck drivers: 76th ave is closed to thru traffic. Do not let them turn you around. Show paperwork and insist on coming in. Once you’re thru the road block back in from street when dock is clear. One dock for big trucks only. Unloading is fairly standard. Done in about an hour or so. Receiving starts late so wouldn’t recommend showing up before 10am.”

“We were able to find everything we needed and more here! The store layout is simple and easy to find things, and the atmosphere was great. We don’t have to wait too long in the checkout line, either, and the staff member who checked us out was happy and seemed to be enjoying his job, despite the busy throng of customers.
My only regret was we couldn’t find the fantastic gluten free cornbread mix we love so much. I wish you would bring that back! It is most excellent!”
