GLS shipping says that my package was delivered and signed for on 15 December of 2023 at 9:41 PM with a signature. I do not recognize this is the second time this month. This has happened to me. I recommend that you please don’t use the shipper at any cost

Where to even start.... First off the negative reviews you're reading are likely 100% true. Purchased 270$ of whiskey from Liquor Mates and besides GLS saying it would be delivered on Saturday which did not happen the order was pushed to Monday and said it was delivered TODAY.I have been home all day with cameras to my door and parking GLS did not show up or did they even attempt to for all I know! The apartment office checked as well and no GLS delivery went through period. The delivery update says it was delivered with a signature clearly not mine or even close to my name, so I go check the front office and mail box and what would you know NO DELIVERY. I get a hold of customer support and they claim to have filed a report to operations which is supposed to be contacting me which I have been waiting all day and....still no contact whatsoever.Besides the fact they forged a signature and or dropped this off to a random address without checking the ID to buyer which is by the way illegal with an alcohol delivery. Still waiting on the update through operations.*** Update ***Three days later they have not reached out at all, no phone call or email so I ended up calling customer support for the second time now who have actually been responsive and they got ahold of management at the Kent GLS. Can't really say currently what the solution is on there side since after about an hour on the call they hung up. Seems like to me the driver just stole the package and signed for it and to avoid issues on the companies end they're just avoiding my calls and questions on my order.I honestly think they just do not care at all and do not care that customers are paying hard earned money and having packages not delivered and or stolen. No customer should ever have to deal with any of these issues. Literally this company is just a joke the fact they're still in business and that any business uses them for anything with a laughable 1.9 review rating is beyond me.I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE BY FAR THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THAT USES THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPPING GOING FORWARD.

HORRIBLE! They put that my package from fashionova was delivered twice on two different days but they never actually came. Then they sent my package back to fashionova. Customer service was so hard to reach. Called them the other day and stayed on the line for an hour, no one answered. Emailed them and no response. Finally called them again today and they said they can't do anything for me they are just sending the package back to my seller and I should contact them instead. This shipping company needs to be shut down.

IF you are thinking of using this company for anything, don't.This company employees the top of the line garbage.I have video of the courier getting out, looking at my house and then tossing the package over the fence while its raining.This wasn't the first time, and the courier was different then the one before.

eventhough they never tried to deliver my package they still post status as attempted. Lazy lazy. Dont know why you guys are still in business? Try to call, chat and nothing works. Seem like a ghost company. Why Wyze using this company for delivery? Very bad reputation. So many bad reviews and they seeem to be dont care.Couldn’t wait and I came to their location where only 10 minutes from my address. Guess what. They are closed. Ring bell No one come out. Are they closing for good?Don’t use them!

Seriously the worst! I’ve tried calling, emailing, and the chat but absolutely no way of get a hold of them. My package is three days late and when I check the update on the tracking it says delivery delayed no delivery attempted. Can’t believe how bad the customer service is with that company.

I would give - stars if I could.I ordered Grove cleaning supplies and they used this company. They said divert date would be 9/1 but then I got a update that is had just gotten scanned in NV that same day. then they changed delivery date to 9/5. Then I got notification that it just got scanned in Hayward California on the 3rd. Cut to 9/5 I get another notification it got scanned in Hayward California again at 5:45 pm. I live in WA so there was no way it could get from CA to WA before the end of the day. now it is 9/6 and it still says delivery date 9/5 and I called I couldn't get a hold of anyone after being on hold for 2 hours I tried their chat waited for a hour before getting a message to email their customer service. dumbest and worst deliver service ever. honestly should get shut down.

Horrible!! I would post zero stars if I could!I’m very frustrated to see the incompetence of companies that don’t want to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Ultimately it was the responsibility of the carrier to complete the last mile and they failed to do so. He didn’t deliver to the right address! I have the photo from them to prove this. And they actually lied about it and told the store that the package was delivered! I cannot do anything about it, and now I lost my money! Never had any problem with Amazon, UPS or FedEx.

First time receiving a delivery from GLS and it was horrible. Tracking said the delivery, which had to be signed for, was to deliver on a Saturday. We stayed home all day waiting. When it got to be later afternoon, went to check tracking and saw an email saying a delivery had been attempted a few hours before and that they may make 1-3 more delivery attempts before it would be sent back to the supplier and I would be charged $20. We checked security cameras and no one came to our door. I called GLS, which was just short of an hour to get through, between being on hold and trying to simultaneously get through on chat, which disconnected after about 25 mins. of waiting for an agent and then having to reinitiate. Chat came through first and I was told that not only had there been no delivery attempt but that it wasn't even at the depot yet to be delivered. No explanation or apology for the email. The item was finally delivered on Tuesday late morning. Thankfully someone was here to sign for it. Very disappointing service, both of package and customer service.

Worst carrier company. Just awful. Had to call customer service 3 times because the drivers were not following delivery instructions and would not attempt to even try to put the code in to open the gate. I left messages to the OPS center in Kent, WA and no response. I was told I would be getting a call, never happened. My item is a perishable item and it’s completely gone bad by now. I gave them my number to call me if they had issues at the gate, never called me. Zero attempts to try and rectify this. Customer center at the call center was okay, first gentleman I got was doing his best, and the last person I got was so unhelpful. Lazy delivery people. I am unsure as to how this company is still in business. I got no resolution from anyone at GLS.

Has only delivered to my door twice as arranged. All other orders are late with ice packs melted and dinners upside down and sideways. Some dinners open at arrival. They also make elder ladies have to hunt all over building trying to find the new place the scheduled Mom's Meals was left this time....Have never been called, texted or emailed my food was the next stop... The order in route now is 58 hours late...food not frozen....I expect the box is a total loss by now...

They didn't even try to deliver my part I ordered a week ago. It was not picked up til the day it was said to be delivered. The deliver date give wasn't even tried to have a delivery just marked wrong address. I called to confirm the correct address and it is the correct address. Seems to me the driver is lazy and didn't want to deliver from Kent wa to Bellingham wa. Feeling very frustrated with no answer on where my part is. Can I put in an angry face for this review.?

Today is the third time the GLS delivery company has refused, yes, REFUSED, to deliver a package to my address. They got within 40 miles of my house and then decided to send it back to the shipper. A mere thousand miles away!! The shipper will now need to choose another delivery company and send it again. Unbelievable! Avoid GLS at all costs!

I live in a 2 story house. With 6 people over the age of 21 who could sign for the package. Package was due today. They said they attempted to deliver to a one story tan building (I live in a 2 story house like I said) and that no one was home to sign for the delivery. All 6 of us were home along with dogs who would have barked. They straight up lied about trying to deliver my package and since they are closed on the weekend. I now have to wait until Monday. I hope this company goes out of business with as many complaints as it has.

Is there any star lower to give this unprofessional, lazy shipping service? I was told by the shipper they would be sending out my new remote for the tv by U.S. Mail or UPS. I will be contacting them to give them the news of how inadequate this GLS delivery driver is. I only found the package ahead of our rain and snow prediction because I had to step outside the house for another reason. The paper pouch containing an expensive electronic remote was dumped into the shrubbery next to the small deck of my side door. NO one rang the door bell or left it on the deck. It would have been drenched or blown away by the high winds that started up this evening if I had not decided to go out to the garage. This service will NEVER be used by anyone I order from if they are selected as their shipper. GLS must have really cheap rates to employ such untrained, irresponsible drivers. I noticed the only reviews this company replies to are the good ones, that's really shirking their duties. Man up and take care of the overwhelming complaints!
