“Whenever I go it there is always one amazing worker. Yesterday 10/22 I came in with kids and had to sneak buy gifts and hide them in my bag so my kids wouldn't notice. They hid it from my kids and got items into my bag all without my kids seeing. They were a poc with they/them pronouns and were fem presenting that day and I would recommend if you were in a similar situation as me to have them help. I don't do crowded places often so they were my life saver because no one else at other stores were able to sneak gifts past my kids.”

“I had been wanting to order a few pieces of silver and I had been researching all over the web. I needed to avoid front porch delivery as I unfortunately live in a high crime city. I finally figured out I could have this delivered to a third party (UPS Store), where I could pick up for a nominal fee. I placed my order over the phone and the gentleman who helped me listened and did not ask me to repeat every little thing, but he did summarize the order at the end. The call didn't take long, the shipping didn't take long, and the order was perfect in every way! It was such a relief to have such a good experience all the way through! Wonderful! Thank you!”
