This place is questionable. Was supposed to receive a paw print only to be told they didn’t take one; makes me wonder if my dog’s remains were handled properly and as explained to me. ?

My dog's remains were cremated by West Coast Pet Memorial. The urn we received had his name misspelled - it was clearly a typo. I sent them an email kindly letting them know of the mistake and they immediately responded with a very nice apology and offered to replace the urn for us. They even hand delivered it, same day, to our doorstep! They clearly understand the grief, otherwise they wouldn't have gone above and beyond to fix their mistake. I am so appreciative! THANK YOU!

The cremation services were fine until they misspelled my pets name on everything. My husband and I have been cashing and emailing for two weeks and no one will call up back to get corrected paperwork. My baby's name is Darby NOT Derby! She's not a hat and she's not a race, a member of the family. A little compassion to correct an error in your part (I didn't fill out the paperwork) would certainly go a long way!

At this time, losing a family member. We put our trust in them that they would follow through with what their responsibility was and getting paid for and we were sent a paw print that did not belong to our dog.

After my young dog, Blackberry, escaped the yard for the first time, he was hit by a car. Our family was devastated. My big baby was sent with his toys and treats for cremation. We wanted him home but he was too big to bury without worry of scavengers digging him up. It was our first experience with cremation and we didn't know what to expect. For a very affordable price we received a well packaged bag, which took some time to examine. We received a thoughtful card/certificate of cremation, informative on losing a pet, a beautiful box of his ashes, his paw print and a lock of his mane. If you are searching for a provider, I'm sorry for your loss. We're thankful for their service and the careful way they returned Blackberry home to us. I'll also be thanking our vet for the recommendation.

I purchased 3 plots from Julie Morris in 2014 with assurances that I could be buried with my 17 Dogs buried in the front Julie said there were quite a few Humans buried with their Pets. I felt good that this small cemetary had been open since 1949. Julie assisted me with my large headstone in planning the arrangement of small concrete statues of a Cairn Terrier, Chihuahua, Chow Chow, & West Highland Terrier. The Cemetary was well maintained and a Crematory on site. Julie Seitz contacted me in the last year or so. It was public record that I was going to be buried with my Dogs. She found out I was a Military Veteran and wanted my assistance in fighting the Cell phone tower. I contributed to Julie Seitz's Go Fund Me campaigns and sent a few messages to people she named. Quickly I realized she was using my Veterans' status too much and I asked her not to contact me any further. She continuously tried to use involve me. My Husband Fred died this April and I had him buried in my one my 3 plots. Tonya from Gateway Services that used to run the Cemetary Office recommended I get a flat stone for Fred's grave to not block the my large Dog stone. Gateway left July 1, 2022 and Julie & Steve Morris took back management of the Office. Gateway took the Crematorium with them. Since that time the Pet Cemetary is rarely mowed, wheel borrows left and it looks like the Cemetary is abandoned. In fact someone tried stealing copper and breaking through the rear of the office. Fred's grave was flooded and his gravestone sunk so low that dirt is always covering his stone. No one returns my calls on the main phone number or Julie Morris' mobile number. Julie asked a previous employee -Tonya from Gateway to tell me about Fred's grave getting flooded. I want his stone raised so as it was crooked first and now has sunk from the flooding. I paid $1,000 for Fred's headstone a few months ago. I'm stuck between two warring factions: Julie Morris-Cemetary Owner & Operator and Julie Seitz "Cell Tower Julie". The Pet Cemetary is suffering during this fight. I'm considering checking into moving my 17 Dogs and Husband-Fred to another Pet Cemetary. Julie Morris told me in July 2017 when I signed my contracts for 3 plots that Humans were buried in the Pet Cemetary. No one seems to care about the upkeep of this Cemetary and I'm broken hearted. Fred's stone installed July 2022. Crooked first and then sunken after copper theft. Owners will not acknowledge my numerous voice messages to raise Fred's marker some - so it is not covered with dirt & mud. A King County Sheriff's Master Police Officer (MPO) Robert Kearney cleaned off Fred's grave after the copper theft. This touched by soul. The Owners do nothing.

They handled the remains of untimely death of our 7 month old puppy. Her cremated remains were returned to me and I could tell that they were handled with care and compassion. I highly recommend this business.

We ventured over here because we'd recently had to put our dog down and the ashes were scattered here. It's a little easy to drive right past it- small sign. Overall it's ok. Obviously it's not easy to keep up as there are lots of trees and leaves. I wish the area where ashes are scattered were a bit easier to find and it's a bit smaller than expected.

Would like to know where our dog is. You shipped him via UPS? Say you emailed a tracking number- I have no email anywhere from you guys. Also no call back today. Completely unprofessional. Irritating. And making a sad situation worse. Do better. When my wife called- you could’ve resent the email that I never received. Would also like to know why he was shipped when we could have just picked him up. We were never told he would be shipped.

When my sweet little Gracie died at age 16, I asked my vet to have her cremated. They sent her off for cremation; I was expecting a plastic bag of ashes that I would transfer to an urn. Instead, when I went back to pick up her cremains, I got a deep blue velvet pouch. Inside was a beautiful rosewood box with her ashes, a sympathy card, and a small blue box. Inside that box was a small plastic bag with some clippings of her hair, and a plaster cast of her paw print. I had not asked for any of that! I was overwhelmed by the over-the-top amazing care, and so grateful that I hardly know what to say. Thank you so, so much!

I USED YOUR SERVICES THROUGH MY VETERINARIAN @ YELM VETERINARY HOSPITAL IN YELM, WA. I HAD A PET CREMATED BY YOUR COMPANY LAST YEAR AND WAS COMFORTED BY THE REMAINS I RECEIVED. HER REMAINS CAME WITH A NOSE PRINT, PAW PRINT, SWATCH OF HER HAIR AND A CASTED PAW PRINT ALONG WITH HER ASHES. MY PET LUCY PASSED AWAY ON JUNE 10,2022, AND I AM DISGUSTED BY WHAT WAS RETURNED TO ME. THIS TIME I RECEIVED A FILTHY MAT OF HER HAIR THAT REEKS OF URINE, AND DOES NOT REMOTELY RESEMBLE THE COLOR OF HER FUR. NO PAW PRINT, NO NOSE PRINT, AND A CAST OF HER PAW PRINT THAT FEELS LIKE PLAY DOUGH, IT IS MUSHY TO THE TOUCH. AT THIS POINT, I DOUBT HER ACTUAL REMAINS ARE EVEN IN THE BOX, PROBABLY THE REMAINS OF SOME OTHER ANIMAL. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE TRUST NOT ONLY OF A GRIEVING PET OWNER, BUT THE VETERINARIANS THAT CHOOSE YOU AS THE MEMORIAL COMPANY FOR THE FAMILIES THAT HAVE LOST THEIR COMPANION. THIS IS ADDITIONAL PAIN I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BEAR ON TOP OF MY GRIEF. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

Tanya has been absolutely amazing! We lost our pup just after New Years and we’re completely distraught and had no clue how to proceed. From the moment we walked through the door, Tanya really gave us a world class experience during one of the most difficult times of our lives. We chose a witness cremation so we could really give our pup the sendoff he deserved and be with him until the very end. She waited patiently while we paid our final respects in the viewing room and even let him be cremated with one of his favorite toys. When it came time to receive his ashes, she offered us to take him home while we wait for his custom engraved urn to arrive - so thoughtful in every respect. She is so good at what she does and knows exactly how to console and work with grieving families - a true godsend! She guided us through our worst nightmare with compassion and empathy. She deserves a pay raise and a paid vacation! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you so much for being so quick and taking such good care of our fur baby Ginger. You guys did a beautiful job on the urn and we thank you so much for the beautiful card and the grief counseling brochure. She was our baby girl and you all showed such respect in the care of her cremation. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
