Shop owner is the nicest dude ever! He always has solid advice for whatever question you got if you're new and breaking into the hobby. Made my intro into 40k an easy achievable one and also has very informative paint classes as well if you need help ironing out your paint skills! Pick up a kit and paint you won't regret it comin here.Oh yeah, and he saved a 1,000 people from burning building in one go. (Definitely true) so there's that too. :)

Jarod was extremely nice with exceptional customer service. I live in the area, just got back into the hobby, and will be coming here often.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't play Warhammer but do paint minis, the staff made sure I felt welcome and answered all my questions. As a woman I find it common to not be taken seriously in "nerdy" stores, but did not find that an issue at all here. I strongly suggest this place if you are looking for citadel paints, their prices are typically better than Amazon.

Jared at Games Workship in Kent is fantastic! If I could give 6 stars I would. Went to pick up a specific book and asked if it didn't have the information in it if I could return it immediately. He opened the book, found the info and turned the book to me. That is customer service. Informative, knowledge and able to provide the exact piece of information sought for. Excellent job, Jared! Cannot extol you with enough accolades. Thanks!

These stores feel so understocked considering how few of them there are in the area. I should be able to get any individual miniature I want if I'm willing to drive to a physical.

Went five times to buy models and browse, 2 of the times the person running the store was out on "lunch" during business hours and the store was closed so I had to come back later, the other 3 I entered and was put off by how apathetic or annoyed the man seemed to be, even after I got my models and left. I will be using online methods for getting models from now on.Oh and 2 of the boxes I got were damaged.

When I went the manager glared at me the whole time I was in the store and seemed annoyed I was even there, really disappointing, I’ll be sticking to my FLGS from now on.

I visited this location to buy paints for an ornament project and the guy working was super helpful giving painting advice. Like most places, this establishment is probably weary of theft, so the attendant was vigilant about asking incoming customers if they needed help. The entire time I was there, I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. This location has a decent stock of paints, painting supplies, and miniatures. Citadel paints range from $5-$11 each and there's a ton of already painted miniatures on display as examples. I can't attest to game nights there, since I don't play, but he said they sometimes offer painting classes. I noticed that they also have a Facebook page to show current specials and upcoming events. Currently, they're offering a buy 10 get 1 (most expensive) free paint special... easy to reach when you're starting a kit!

Call before you stop by. It's a really niche store and clientele, but I stop by here all the time during normal buisiness hours and they are often times closed early or for several hours.

The staff here are seemingly always rude and rush people out of their store. Will ask "what do you want" upon entry. Do not recommend.

Every time I’ve tried to go in, the store is either closed or has some out to lunch sign on the door… during business hours. I have a background in retail.. you can’t sell anything if the doors aren’t open when they are supposed to be. I have also tried to order online and call ahead for confirmation and again, during store hours, no one answers the phone and I don’t get a call back. I love my orks and I spend a good deal of money at other locations because they are open and they want my money. Something needs to change with this location.
