Brought a couple silver necklaces in to have cleaned and got them back just a little cleaner still tarnish spots all over.was looking around and there prices are insane way over priced

A nice selection of jewelry. Management needs to train their sales staff regarding jewelry leases. My husband went in to purchase a watch and was going to put it on a lease. Problem was the woman helping him kept thinking the amount was wrong (it wasn't and my husband and another salesman told her it wasn't wrong) and she screwed up and listed purchase as being tax exempt when it wasn't. She kept calling every store to get help as she didn't know what to do. After over 2 hours, he cancelled the purchase and should get refund within 10 business days. We have places to go and the last thing we want to do is have to wait. And wait. And wait. As of now, he hasn't gotten any msg that the cancellation was received and the lease company already took out money that they should never have gotten.

I have had too many poor experiences at this Fred Meyer. I just left the store in tears as the app doesn't work inside apparently. When I tried to show the store manager my issues she suggested I go through the ads before I get inside the store or leave (after shopping for an hour) and go try to load my digital coupons and come back. Really? Life is so busy and I don't think of browsing my FM. app and adding things until I see them in store. That isn't the way everyone works. Also, what about those who don't even have a smart phone or enough storage to add more apps (especially seniors or those with fixed or lower incomes). You are going to exclude them because they can not access the "digital" coupons? Why aren't these coupons just added to our club cards or at least also offered in the paper ads? This is just such a terrible way to do business IMO. First we lose the rebates and now the app (which we can't even access in your stores) won't work. I was in line and the people directly in front of me, and the lady behind me were also having app issues. It makes for longer wait times, over paying and having to get in the return line, and very frustrated customers. Your system is broken, please fix it.

I brought my bands in for a cleaning & inspection due to where we bought my bands was still not performing cleanings (only inspections) due to Covid.They almost gave my wedding band away to a total stranger & then two associates acted like it was no big deal! They first LOST my ring, as I stood there for over 30 minutes, they looked in all of the customers' bags and finally found it in under another customer's name. The lady handed it to me and didn't even apologize after. If that customer had come into the store before I did, they could have walked away with my wedding band.

I’ve done all my shopping here for years and spent thousands of dollars. So has my husband, and so has my dad. I’ve gotten to know a lot of the girls over the years and never had any issues. Ethal and Mary did not have the customer service that I am use to and having it be back to back experiences. I’m going to be taking my business to another location from now on, and so will my husband, and so will my dad. Attitude alone just costed this location 3 lifetime customers.

Worst customer service!!! Apparently, you gotta LOOK rich in order for Rosie or anyone there to even look at you or ask if you need help. I was ready to pay and they overlooked me more than 3 times. Very unprofessional.

Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.

I am so happy with the quick repair of a pendant my dad gave me 40 years ago. I was nervous that it would not look as good, but the repair was flawless. They did an awesome job and were very easy to work with.

Since the start of the pandemic, this store has been iffy at best with regard to employees wearing masks. I see a significant number of employees working without a mask or with their mask pulled down below their nose. I'll be avoiding FM until management and staff recognize and respect the importance of wearing masks to reduce the spread of coronavirus.
