Exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and care.I had a leak on my roof and Ivan came in the same day to check it out and gave me an estimate. He took time checking every area where the leak has affected. Also it’s great that he uses clean shoe covers when coming into someone’s home. Appreciate it!

Ivan was quick to respond, and eager to get the job done correctly. After my crawl space flooded, I needed help getting the water out. I got same day service from Eco, and Ivan even had to make extra trips to make sure he had the right tools for the job. Polite, professional, and prompt service.

The well equipped ECO team quickly responded and did an excellent job of drying out a large water leak in our condo unit which required relocating many personal items and artwork so the affected area could be tented and closed off to speed up the drying process. They also provided in depth forensic analysis of the damage for repair and insurance requirements. Excellent communication and status updates from start of the work to completion. Very professional and highly experienced team!

Zeke and Ivan were both very professional and thorough in letting us know what they were going to do. I chose them because of all their positive reviews, and liked that they were owner/operators and that I would be dealing with them directly, and that they were going to do the job themselves. They gave me an itemized estimate in all they were going to do. They did a great demo job and secured and perfectly sealed the area, using top quality products and equipment. They came out and checked the progress of the drying, giving me pictures of testing results. On completion they did a great job cleaning up area. Zeke and Ivan are very knowledgeable and experienced, and acted professionally and courteous throughout entire process. And they also gave me great references on plumbers and renovation companies, that I ended up using, and am extremely please with that work. Eco Water, helped reduce the stress of dealing with the unexpected anguish water damage in one's home can cause.

Ivan and the team at Eco WR were professional, friendly, and efficient when we called on them to help us recover from a flooded basement in our Seattle home. A pipe burst while we were out of town, triggering our water sensor alarm, and they came out that night - Christmas Eve! - to start the pumping and mitigation process. They provided timely updates and made the insurance claims process as seamless as possible during the following weeks. Cannot recommend them highly enough and while we hope to never need their services again, I know we can count on Ivan and team any time.

Our broken refrigerator water line was noticed on a Friday night. Ivan was out starting mitigation at 9 am Saturday. He and his associates were knowledgeable, professional and timely. Over the 9-10 days to get the water out, they kept on top of it and arranged for the pick up and storage of furniture that needed to be moved. Worked well with the insurance company and were polite and took the burden off of us for one of life's not so pleasant events. We recently had a little bit of a flood accident in our master bathroom , ECO water restoration picked up their phone with a rapid sense of urgency they immediately got to our house within the next hour . When a bathroom pipe flooded my first floor bathroom and bedroom, my insurer provided three referrals. Eco Water provided a timely and free estimate. Throughout, their team was timely, professional, and answered my questions as we went through the process of remediating the water damage. They removed flooring, toilet, bathroom vanity, drywall & insulation, then dried out the affected rooms. They took moisture readings over several days, then cleaned up once the remediation was complete. I haven’t yet worked out the payment with my insurance, but so far the experience has been very positive.Services: Water removal
