The rudest clercks, the store is always disheveled, and you never can find what you want. And lest we forget the ever present crowd hanging in the parking lot, that makes you feel unsafe.

Says they close at 10pm. I drove all the way here for a quick pick up doors were locked at 9:50. Change yr sign to close at 9:50 so people don't waste there time.

I am not sure how much is management and how much is location and clientele but this one location could sure use some love and care.I've yet to go in and see the aisles clean of debris. I've yet ro see it clean. There are always people around doing drugs outside and hanging around the buildings.As far as the store, it is well stocks and they got some serious deals for $1.25. There is a second store in Des Moines that is in a much better area, cleaner, and well worth the quick bus trip.Changes: This location HAS gotten security. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and aren't afraid to clear out the riff raff. I enjoy my interactions with staff here and they are the reason I visit the store during daylight hours only.If not for the location, I think this store would do better.

This store just like every other dollar store is awful. Lazy workers. Workers don't care about customers. Rather go on break than take care of the line. The only light on was the line I stood in and waited. As the manager and other employees talked about nothing work related. When I was acknowledged it was only to tell me to go to another line. So annoying. I wish the owners actually cared how their employees act. One girl there is the only one who never minds when she is working. She us friendly and genuinely seems to enjoy helping customers. Too bad the rest ruin the store.

The store was a mess. Merchandise on the floor everywhere. I heard an employee ask if they could leave early because they had nothing to do. The manager said ok.!#%;;: How about go clean up isle 3 for 15 minutes?? While i was there they thought they heard a gunshot. There are people hanging around outside doing drug deals. The checker was watching a video on his phone while I was playing????

I go there for small things like Triple A's and double a batteries they have some small section of candy and chocolates I got some juices and some frozen food.
