Dish can't even keep their phone system working. Internet is out 25% of the time and they absolutely do not care. Easily the worst internet provider in the United States. Maybe they are paid by companies to force work from home people back to the office due to lack of stable Internet.

Please don’t get Dish!!!! They had a cyber attack and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The only people who will answer the phone are if you call sales. They will not tell you that your data might have been compromised or that if you are having issues you can’t get a hold of anyone. The wait times are 4 hours and you can’t save your place in line. On the weekends you have zero ability to get a hold of someone. Again, they continue to sell service without assisting their clients who still have to pay every month despite no functional service. It is beyond crazy. All this while the CEO sits back selling making millions. ?

does not deserve even 1 star rating! in this modern day the're really quick to pull the money from your account but really slow to refund your money! they give you the 7 business day BS! gonna make sure that my law enforcement colleagues will know about this so they can think twice before taking up services from them!
