Poor customer service. Committed to deliver a shipment, confirmed the date and time, then some manager called on the day it was expected with ridiculous and dishonest excuses about why it would not be delivered when promised. Finally I had to send a moving truck to their warehouse to get my shipment. At the end of the day, a nice woman called and apologized about her male co-worker's poor choices and communication. Sheesh. Of course the woman has to do the emotional labor of apologizing. Frankly, I was mad on her behalf, having to clean up that guy's mess. Wishing her the best. Her coworker, not so much.

Such a bad delivery company. The driver through my $3000 mattress on the middle of the driveway in the pouring rain. I’ve been contacted with them and the service is so so so so bad. They don’t directly answer your questions. The problem is still not resolved.

Easy to find, easy to maneuver, but they are slooooooow. Appointment time for unload was set for 11am. Arrived on time, provided doc right away but they are still working on my unload. It’s been 3 hours and my trailer is still 3/4 full.

I have live unloading at scheduled time at 11.00am i am here at 10 oclock from 10 to till 5 0clock still waiting for unloading..i am going inside to ask about unloading 10 times they show attitude with rubbish words that u go to your truck when i have time i will unload...he is a mean guy he even dont know how to speak and how to do work..completely this place is a bin...never come here???????????

Man came into my place of work to deliver a pallet of boxes. He not only lacked respect for my office but any form of kindness towards me. I have received many shipments before and never had someone talk to me so disrespectfully without cause. I literally expected him to drop it off in the front as always because our door isn’t large enough to allow for pallets to come in.The thing is, I never asked him to do anything but was yelled at and talked down to for absolutely no reason saying “it’s not my job”. I never asked him to do anything but my delivery was thrown outside with absolutely no care at all for its contents. Boxes made of cardboard are fragile in wet conditions (this is Seattle). To make it worse, I never even spoke to him other than to say hi and to receive such hateful and disgruntled greeting is unnecessary. So disappointed in how this man conducts business and represents his company.

Horrible service...Driver came up the driveway, made us sign for delivery, moved item off truck with a pallet mover and included 2 junk pallets the item was not even attached to. Did not remove 280 pound item from the jack, and required us to remove it in our front yard away from where it was supposed to dropped. Driver refused to take the junk pallets back and left, stating they are not a garbage removal service. Had the item actually been attached to the pallets (both of different sizes), I could see the argument. But the item was not attached and we got stuck with "garbage removal" costs.called the manager and they reiterated the same. So, why were we required to re.ove the item off their equipment and to accept their garbage? A half offer was made to pick it up if they got out this way again in our remote area. No date given for pick up. Will never use this compay again

The first attempt, they never called to schedule, I had no idea they were coming and subsequently couldn’t accept the shipment because it wasn’t organized with my building to use the loading dock (there’s no other way to get it in the door). Sent it back and now here we are a month later and it’s still not delivered. The 2nd attempt, the goods were damaged (looks like someone rammed a forklift thru it), no apology or even phone call, had no idea when the replacement would come. Now when calling to schedule, they’re incredibly rude and provide zero detail. Completely unprofessional company with what sounds like children running the communications.

I had a really bad experience with the trainer..the trainer tried to slave me ..we stole company time he want to help another company and wanted me to do all the work...I have great experience for me it angered me boss was going off what the trainer said I notice that we all not perfect however when people start to gossip about others there are really tired of there job.....Just very unprofessional how the trainer was training but over all guys are great guys ....I just had a trainer that complained about everthing always wanted to control everything.

I saw and heard one of their drivers being quite rude to my neighbor, refuse delivery, call me the N***** word when I confronted him about his service, and drive off. I don’t exactly know what started the disagreement and he may have been having a bad day, either way he could have handled it better, The mid-crosstreet optics of it all didn’t help.

Delivery was late, driver was extremely Rudd, I gave the driver a friendly greeting upon meeting him, he ignored me and walk right pass me. The box that my new hood for my pickup was open and shredded. The vendor I purchased the hood from said to inspect my hood upon delivery and if it was damaged I was suppose to refuse delivery. I told the driver I wanted to inspect my hood, he said go ahead and inspect it, then he got in his truck and drove off befor I could even get The hood out of the box.This driver was Ruddest person I have ever met. with an extremely bad attitude.

I have no incentive to write this review; I'm just a guy who had the good fortune to have a sender use Diamond Delivery. I can't say enough good about this excellent delivery company. They are head and shoulders above every other delivery service I've used or experienced in the Seattle / Tacoma area. I was coordinating delivery of a massive and delicate item with timing an installation crew (expensive time for a crew of experts). As happens, the delivery truck/ driver had an issue that might delay the delivery; so, miss the crew (after a big charge for waiting). A representative from Diamond Delivery called me right away. When I told her of my concern, she and her supervisor/ manager went above and beyond to make the delivery happen. In very short order, they had a driver and truck headed my way. Even with the back and forth of trying to coordinate the crew to return (me getting a bit panicked; so not at my best) Diamond Delivery customer service/ dispatch never got exasperated, never gave up being kind and helpful. Importantly, even though the item would still be delivered in the window they gave me, Diamond Delivery staff never fell back on: "It is your fault. 'We told you we couldn't guarantee specific more narrow timeframe . They would have been entirely correct to take that stance. But they did not take a stance; they just solved the problem. Their customer service (including the manager) were kind, patient, solution oriented, and just incredibly (More than I was, to be honest. Having dealt with far less caring delivery services, I was just slipping into being combative; then surprised by how helpful they were). They just handled the situation in a truly professional; truly customer service oriented way. The driver was expert, patient, kind, and very professional; navigating congested neighborhood streets and placing the pallet perfectly. Frankly, as a recipient (not the paying sender) I have never had a delivery company perform so well or treat me so well. I will actually insist on using Diamond Delivery for my shipping and ask those who ship to me to use Diamond Delivery. People make or break a company and this company, because of great people, should thrive. My view: If you are seeking an excellent company to get the job done; treat your delivery as important, and treat you as though you matter, hire Diamond Delivery

What frankly started out as the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery person, turned into what might have been the best experience. Ken, who spearheaded the second attempt at the delivery, was incredible, wonderful, dedicated and kind. Thank you for making this experience not only a success, but a pleasure. You give the company a great face!

They called and scheduled a delivery for Monday it is now Thursday and still haven't received a call or my package. They also said the driver came by and no one was home. I work from home and have a front yard camera, I know for a fact he did not attempt to deliver.
