I came into day as first time customer. I had to set up account ordered bothel carrier armor and Molle attachments and custom name tape and back patch very good price better service then galls could ever provide. I was helped by staff member mokihana makuaole her service and care to attention and overall customer service was a+ I will be back again due to this amazing prices and her customer service. Galls has officially lost my business and Curtis blue line is my number one option for all police and security gear.

Mokihana Makuaole . Was amazing and extremely helpful even though she was busy she still kept a smile and kept up with outstanding customer service ! I highly recommend Curtis blue line for anyone in law enforcement etc ! Ask for her and she’ll guid you in the right path .

This business is not "open to all." I went in today after seeing their Yelp page, and was stopped at the door and asked if I was law enforcement or had credentials. When I replied in the negative, I was told they could not help me. The guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask until I walked in, if that matters to anyone, and as soon as he said he couldn't help me, went back to whatever he was doing on his computer. So, unless you are military or law enforcement or security with credentials, you are not allowed to even make it past the front door and look around. Had I known this, I wouldn't have driven a half hour to be immediately dismissed upon entry. The information on this Yelp page should probably be changed to reflect this policy. I guess I'll get boots elsewhere.

WOMEN BE AWARE! I went here with my boyfriend & I was subtly discriminated against. We are both military police and we went there for a few things. The whole time we were there, he helped my boyfriend graciously but he was extremely weird towards me. I tried on a few pairs of pants and when I was done, I told him I was going to go put the rest back where I found them. He then made a snarky remark to me about how he will do it because when you spend hours organizing it and people mess it up, he becomes picky. When we went to check out, we paid separately. The same guy was ringing him up and was talking and having conversation with him and didn't ask him for any form of ID or proof of military/law enforcement. When I was checking out, he barley said two words to me. He then proceeded to ask me for my military ID and said it wasn't good enough. He said he needed more proof including proof of military police so I showed him a picture on my phone in uniform with my badge. He was hesitant on letting me purchase my items but proceeded to let me. To be honest, I shouldn't have purchased anything. I should have told him to cram it where the sun don't shine because of how I was being treated vs how my boyfriend got treated. Either way, I'll never step foot inside of that building again and I'll advise other women of ANY law enforcement not to, if they can help it. I'm not sure if the guy has something against women, or women in military/law enforcement but that doesn't matter. It that was unacceptable!
