The women at this location are amazing!! They have excellent customer service and are eager to help any customers problem. There is location closer to my house that I used for years but their terrible attitudes and them constantly not having an answer brought me here. Thank you ladies!?

Do not go to this store in Kent. Most of the phones are missing from the display shelves and the few that are there don't have any pricing listed whatsoever. I asked the sales clerk how we were supposed to shop for phones with no prices and she said "usually they have them on the phones but none of the QR codes were set up on these". Then she rudely told me she has to leave in 25 minutes. Ummm ok. I guess they don't want business, so don't give them any. This store looked like it got looted and was in some sort of post apocalyptic state. Just horrible.

Never open. Twice went to pay my bill to not being open and it was after 11. I have never been happy after leaving metro pcs. Waiting for my 3 month’s to switch back

Showed up at 10:20 on a Monday to set up my phone. The store was closed. The door of the store and google say the store opens at 10am.
