Technician, Bernie, was diligent and put up with me and my questions. I had some original papers he was open to look at. My garage door opener wasn't fixable but he is letting me take the time I need to make a decision.

Bernie, who repaired my garage door, was amazing. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (loose cables causing the door to shift to one side).
