Recently I used this company to ship handmade rugs to relatives out-of-state. They did a stellar job: always answering the phone, picking the rugs up from the rug cleaning establishment, crating them for safety (they can only be rolled, not folded), and getting them to their destination safely. I have also used this company to ship delicate scientific equipment. And they have done it well: equipment arrived at their destination in the condition they were in to begin with. This is a trustworthy company. Perhaps not the least expensive, but definitely worth it to get such valuable items to their destinations safely and intact.

I was very pleased with the great care and customer service we received shipping car parts from Seattle to Allentown PA. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to pivot and make some last minute adjustments to the original shipment but everyone at Craters & Freighters were so kind and helpful making the transition very easy for us. I couldn’t be more pleased with how things went from picking up parts in various locations to adding more car parts to the shipment prior to shipping. I was given detailed instruction every step of the way. The care and understanding of everyone on the team was amazing. I will definitely choose Craters and Freighters in the future for any shipping needs. They come highly recommended!

Craters and Freighters are a world class company and shout outs to Shasta and Claudette for their expertise and attention to detail. Every step of the way we were informed of our 'priceless' one of a kind artifacts that were shipped from Tempe, Arizona to the Seattle All-Star Game PlayBall Park for our historic exhibit. We also shipped our artifacts from Seattle to California for a smooth transition. We plan on working with this amazing company in the near future. Their honesty, work ethic and promptness deserve the M.V.P. award!

Craters and Freighters stepped up to help us with a very challenging shipment of a large piece of medical equipment. When other shippers declined the job, they asked detailed questions and found a solution to the challenging logistics at the drop off site. The crew were topnotch problem solvers, very meticulous and careful. Everyone I spoke with at Craters and Freighters was professional, proactive and pleasant. I could not be happier with our shipping experience and would highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them again!

my late mother was a potter who specialized in delicate porcelain. I needed to distribute her remaining pieces in 5 loads to different parts of the continent.Craters and Freighters provided the most realistic bid on the project. They came at the time they promised (with little lead time), wrapped and boxed the collection quickly, and carted it away. About two weeks later they had crated everything and sent if out via different carriers.Astonishingly, every one of the five crates arrived with all pottery and other breakables immaculate.Fantastic job. I’d gladly use their services again.

The people at craters and Freighters were so helpful and so friendly, and did a wonderful job of packing and shipping my very old family heirloom china all the way across the country. C&F helped me move a grandfather clock across the US after a previous moving company plan fell through. C&F was the best to work with! From always responding in a timely manner, to communicating clearly through every detail, and to ensuring that the clock arrived safely and efficiently. They are professional and easy to work with. I work for a local Helicopter Repair Station and needed to ship out a fire extinguisher, hazmat. So, I called the experts, Craters and Freighters in Kent, WA. We paid $435.00 for their service and a week later, I received an email from them saying FedEx declined the package because there was something wrong with the paperwork. What exactly did I pay for? The ironic thing is after I had dropped off the package and signed the contract with Craters and Freighters, a quote from Hazmat Express in Tukwila, Wa came in at $165.00. UGH!

I had a bulk of medical equipment to crate and ship out in a short period of time for my job. The team at C&F were incredibly helpful, kind and understanding of the situation. They were very responsive, always responding within the day and willing to accommodate the many changes I requested during the entire process.
