Don't move here. This is by far the worst management I have to deal with. I have been trying to get a refund back for a deposit that I placed when I applied and end up not getting the apartment. Note I applied to move in April 2024 its almost 2025 and still no refund! I have called numerous times ... been told 6-8 weeks, to 10 business days to we don't deal with corporate to we're under staff!! All kinds of excuse.... now they wont even answer when I call M-F morning and afternoons! I will keep posting bad reviews for them til I get my money back!

Very helpful and friendly. Look forward to being a part of the community. They recently came and fixed my screen, and the ventilation hood above my stove. I did have to remind them to come, but they finally did.

I moved out in January and from the reviews there seems to be new management so take my review with a grain of salt.
We never had any problem with management or maintenance. Both were very friendly. The price is low compared to the rental market which is why we moved there to begin with.
The only reason we moved out is because we got very unlucky with our neighbors. I’m sure if you lived in a different building it could be a decent place to live. Lots of kids playing outside which always seems like a good sign to me. Just be sure to drive slowly in the parking lot.
It won’t have the frills of a more expensive place, but if you’re looking for somewhere affordable to live, Country Glen fits the ticket.
Also when we moved out, they gave us our deposit back without any issues which has not been my experience other places.

The people who leave good reviews just don't care about the environment or customer service...person saying people leaving bad reviews are the reason the apartments are bad must be friends with the office lady because yeah you guys are calling the polcie for all the junkies and homeless that around but it doesn't stop them. So its not a big turn around a little but not enough to tell other people to live here. The trash is always messed up and we pay for it.The people in the office are never there and they don't answer the phone. Door is always locked. I see them walk around putting notes on the doors but after that I don't see them around ever. Even the maintenance guys say I think its closed. How can they not be open.its not late or the weekend no phone answer

Our dishwasher had gone out and while it did take a bit of time. It was replaced quickly and works even better than the previous one.

In the last six months, I have seen an amazing turnaround in the place. I think the management is doing a fine job. I think the ones leaving bad reviews are the reason why the place was so bad in the first place keep up the good work.

So now this new management has turned into every other greedy corporation and is raising rent prices, bleeding their residents dry. We pay $50 a month for trash when it is constantly a disgusting mess and we don’t even have a recycling bin anymore.
Why are you charging so much for buildings that have not been renovated since 1980? Apartments have black mold and the buildings are literally rotting away yet they have the nerve to charge over $1500 for a one bedroom apartment just because they can.
You let our cars get broken into by the homeless encampment behind the A buildings and are doing nothing to resolve it.
Why increase prices when you are doing NOTHING except change the portal where we pay rent that charges $44.74 in processing fees when you make a payment with a card. There has been 0 improvement and all price increases and I believe if you’re going to charge residents more for rent, the least you can do is improve SOMETHING first. Your appliances are out of date and the windows have the date from the 80s. Nightly patrol was promised but why don’t I ever see anyone patrolling the apartments?
By the way, Ashley J was our previous property manager & they’re still using her name to respond to reviews most likely because they don’t want to put their real names out there.
Shameful.

The only problem I got there is the maintenance team, who never showed up when called, I had a problem with washer and fridge which were never fixed,. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Lots of mess and and maintenance requests almost never go answered even when it is obvious safety hazards. Generally not a great living space.

The new manager is rude. She puts stickers on cars because it's private property and she can do anything to them

This place used to be really great, but over the last few years it has experienced a real decline. Nearby homeless encampments and lack of security put the residents in peril. There have been several vehicles stolen and a few residential burglaries.there have been several managers cycled through who failed to take care of the basics. It has become dirty with trash strewn randomly throughout the grounds. It’sad to see what happened to an apartment complex that used to be so nice.

I rarely leave reviews but in this case I absolutely had too. I’ve been A resident here for 5 years and I have nothing bad to say about previous management experiences. I just need to highlight the extraordinary professionalism, efficiency and exceptional hospitality that Ms. Sumita possesses. Since she’s been running the show country glen has not been better.
