We remodeled our house and chose Cosmos Surfaces for our countertops. Their impressive showroom offers a wide variety of stones. The sales team was helpful, and the installation was quick and professional. The quality work and competitive pricing made the whole experience smooth and satisfying. Highly recommend Cosmos Surfaces!

I and my friend bought a my new Quartz countertop for his kitchen from Cosmos Surfaces. Slab was on sale so we got a very good deal from them. The slab was beautiful, their sales person also explained and guided us how to clean and maintain it carefully. They have transformed the look and feel of my kitchen. The quality of the material and the craftsmanship is outstanding. We were very impressed by the variety of colors and styles they offer. They have something for every taste and budget. I would definitely buy from them again if we have other upcoming projects.

I am very happy with my countertop that I bought from Cosmos Surfaces. They are the best in the business. They have a great selection of materials and designs, and they offer free estimates and consultations, and also free delivery. They were very responsive and attentive to my needs and preferences. Sales team also explained to me the warranty and gave me a guarantee of satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their countertops.

First off - every employee that I spoke with was really nice but as others have mentioned: the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. My fabricator showed me one of the quartz products and called them to see if I could drive down and look at it. They said they had 2 in stock so we went down that day. After spending 1/2 an hour looking thru the slabs - some racks had serveral different ones on it so all you can see is the lables on the end - we couldnt find it. We went back to the desk to seek help but the warehouse guys just went to lunch - come back in 30 minutes. We came back, waited for the warehouse guys to load a truck then he went off looking for our slab - never found it. Now we're 2 hours in and had to get my wife back to work. Next day I call - "we'll get a slab up here from Spokane next week" I call next week "you must have talked to a warehouse guy because it takes 2 or 3 weeks to transfer inventory". I call the next week - "not here but I see we are working on it". I call the next week and am told no its not here and we'll bring one up next week IF you pay the shipping. Had they said this 3 weeks ago I would have considered it but by now I have zero confidence in the company.

Changing my 2-star to a 4-star...as I am no longer worried about facemasks, as the entire Covid edicts have turned into a pIoy to control people, masks were never necessary and the entire non-treatment of Covid proactively is a conspiracy, which I hope will result in criminal prosecutions of certain high ranking government employees.....Cosmos is a good place.....They do have a nice staff and good selection of products.

Huge selection - but none of it labeled. Not that that matters because you'd never find the same name of something you like at another showroom, but if you wanted to know if Space Bananas was expensive or cheap / whether it was marble / quartz / granite - you'd have to go ask someone and then good luck finding the stone again because the place is huge! Not my favorite gallery of stones...

The quality of their quartz is not as good as they claim, and their granite isn't any better we have been fabricating their material for a few years and their quality is going down. If you are a fabricator just make sure to check their slabs before they load it into your truck after that if you have any problems they will refuse to take their slab back even if you are still in their warehouse.

FIrst off, shame on the guy below saying anyone who rates these people poorly are jerks. You may have had a good experience, but that certainly does not mean everyone else does. That's why Yelp is great. Business ratings are an aggregate of everyone's experience, not just yours. I don't know if I can put into words how frustrating this place was, for me. I came one day after having made an appointment online on their website. When I arrived after a 35 minute drive, one way, they said they had no record of my appointment and the slabs I wanted to view were buried deep in a stack of slabs. They were able to pull one out for me (which I didn't like the look of) and then said "we'll make an appointment for you at the front desk, and in a few days when you come back, we'll have all of the slabs out for you to view". Okay fine, a little frustrating that their online reservation system doesn't work, but no harm no foul.I come back on the day of my 2nd appointment, again a 35 minute drive one way, and all of the slabs I was interested in are still buried deep in the stack of slabs. They hand me a list of slab locations in their big warehouse with hundreds of bays that each contain ~10 slabs stacked on one another, and send you off on your own to find them. After searching through their warehouse, if you find the bay that the slab is in, but find its buried under other slabs, you have to walk all the way back to the front desk to ask for them to unbury it. Would be nice if they came with you on your warehouse adventure and could use their walky talky to get a warehouse employee to come help you out, instead of making you walk all the way back to the desk.Half of the slabs on the list given to me were not in the location shown on the list...who knows where they were. The other half were actually where the list said theyd be. There were ~5 slabs...hooray! Choices, right? Wrong. One was a leathered finish instead of polished...so really 4 choices. Of those 4, 3 were on hold for other customers. So really just one option. I ask for them to unbury the one that was available and it ends up being the same one I saw on my first day there. They didnt have the courtesy during my first appoinment to tell me that the one I viewed is the ONLY one available and there was no point in coming back. They could have saved me an hour of driving. I called the installer that recommended Cosmos and asked for a different granite supplier. I drove to the different supplier and they had 4 slabs opened up and ready for my viewing upon arrival. I liked one very much and reserved it for my kitchen remodel after about 20 minutes of viewing. I would highly recommend using a different granite supplier and avoiding Cosmos. Cosmos was unorganized and unhelpful.

I drove 2 hours from Bellingham since my local granite company suggested picking out a slab for a really small Laundry room countertop job. We only needed one slab and was told they had a great selection. My wife and I with 2 kids in tow made the drive in a Saturday. It started great as we were welcomed from the front desk staff and given a small tour of the showroom. Then we went out to the warehouse and looked around. The slabs that we went down to see were hard to find as they were buried behind other slabs. We then walked around and picked several that we liked. We wanted to stay in budget since this was such a small job and just in our laundry room. When we asked the staff if these other slabs would be much more they wouldn’t tell us. I was baffled. I wasn’t asking for a quote but I would like to know if the slabs were 2000 or 10,000. The original slab that we picked out from Bellingham after insulation was under $5000. I asked the staff at the front desk several times to give me a guesstimate within 1000 or $2000. We really needed to make a decision and drive back home. It not like they are just down the street, it’s 5-6 hours round trip. She didn’t care and continued to say that I can’t even give you that information. It was the worst customer service I’ve had in years. Again I Was just looking for an approximate judgment knowing that some stones our 10,000 or even more and that was not what we were looking for on this job. I was talking to a wall that was harder than granite. We picked out a few different Slabs and she said she would get pricing to our local provider. Five days later the estimate came in at $12,000. We easily could’ve picked out some other slabs to stay in our price range of approximately $5000 if I would’ve had some guidance of any kind from their employees. I’m starting a project building 23 town houses in three months. I guarantee I won’t be getting my granite or any products from Cosmos after this ridiculous waste of my Saturday. it saddens me when people have no respect for other peoples time or just common decency.

The staff here goes above and beyond and is so sweet! Absolutely beautiful quality granite in 2 warehouse buildings! Relaxed environment and there is always someone to help you see more slabs. Will return for sure!!

Amazing customer service. From when you enter, the girls at the front desk give a warm greeting , to the sales person , to the warehouse forklift driver. Above and beyond. I am grateful to have been taken care of in the manner which they did.
