My Cashier was amazing. I needed barbicide wipes so I emailed the Instagram business page while I was in school. She set it aside in the morning and had it ready by the time I picked it up after class. They sell Murad products as well!

First off, let me just say that every staff member I have spoken to here has been awesome. They have been professional and courteous. So this review does NOT have anything negative about them. However this location is smack dab in the ghetto, I don’t know how these poor girls feel safe working here, I hardly feel safe even walking in from my parked car. This location has been broke into so many times I haven’t seen it without boards over the freshly shattered windows in awhile. I frequently visited the auburn location but sadly it closed! Cosmoprof has been struggling since the pandemic with inventory unfortunately, I drove 45 mins to get here the other day and they did not have a single thing in stock that was on my list. Talk about frustrating, wasted my gas and my time.

Mary and the ladies are very friendly and helpful. I have other CosmoProfs I could go to but I wait to get back to the Kent store because I know my experience will be great.

By far my favorite cosmoprof location! The whole staff is very kind and helpful! The shelves are always stocked, and if there is an item out of stock, they are quick to assist you in ordering more! I love that the store is always organized and it's easy to find exactly what I'm looking for.
