The sales man was excellent. The issue I had was with the workers. The people packing and loading. One worker was leaving her candy wrappers everywhere. This worker also packed and loaded for storage a medical device and medication. Several items were not loaded on the truck. We were told they would have someone (a professional) to break down an exercise equipment (heavy). This was not the case. The workers carried it onto the truck. This item should have been broken down as it is an awkward shape and will take up unnecessary space when stored. One worker was sitting on the beds while doing inventory. To some that is not a big deal but beds are not to be sat on. That is what a chair is for. The move coordinator was okay. When I addressed issues she was responsive and tried to rectify but at the end of the day, the items that were packed and stored were not retrievable. I had to spend money to replace those important items (medical). I also had to find another small storage to put items that were left behind.
From my experience, the sales person and the estimate is the most satisfying, seamless process. The actual workers appear to be outsourced, so the level of professionalism lacks. I guess this is to be expected.

I was very pleased by the speed, care and efficiency of the movers. They did a great job. Although it was a very warm day, they smiled and were friendly throughout the move. They were careful with my things and asked me where I wanted them placed. I would definitely use them again.

I am really impressed with Bastri and the team. They thoroughly protected the doors and railings in my home and I am confident that my furniture is protected considering how well they padded it. Overall, they treated my furniture and house as though it was their own and accommodated me living in the house by delaying the packing of the bed and even my coffee machine. The team made this move stress free and I am quite grateful.

Sullivans did an absolute fantastic job moving us to our new residence. Kate came out and gave us an estimate. Connie was our moving contact inside and Brion was the driver in charge of the moving crew. They were fast, careful and showed up when they were scheduled. We highly recommend Sullivans Moving Company if you want a reliable and fair priced mover.

I have used CMS for two major moves and storage, and have had only amazing service. However, this time was the home office, and I must give the whole team huge props. From Toni and Trevor in the office to the amazing ground crew... Bastri and his team were prompt, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my belongs were safe and secure for long term storage. Every piece was handled with care - even the cat tree! I'm going to sleep better knowing my things are in good hands. Seriously, if I could give this team 10 stars I would!

Movers were very rude and parked illegally. When asked to move the truck over to allow traffic through they were dismissive and told me instead to drive the wrong way down a one way road in order to get into the only parking garage in my building.

Bastri and his crew come with my highest recommendation and this does not come lightly. They were top notch. The best. I would use them again and in a heartbeat refer my friends and family if they needed similar services. Timely, efficient, communicative, attention to detail, professional, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, upbeat, friendly and also took great care of my belongings from pack up to delivery in another state on the other end.
My anxiety was high after many of my belongings were damaged from toxic water flooding my apartment from a fire in a unit above me. Everything else I owned needed to be packed up out of my apartment immediately and was living in temp housing which moved up the timeline for my planned move out of state much sooner. I had heard so many terrible stories from friends, family and acquaintances about not so positive moving experiences. When Bastri and his crew showed up, communicated the plan and got to work I immediately felt at ease and knew I was in good hands.
CMS Rex and Toni were also excellent. Rex came out to assess my belongings for the move (One of the few companies who physically came out to do an assessment before providing a quote) and provided an accurate transparent quote. When I had questions or concerns he responded quickly to address them and answered honestly. Toni reached out to check in prior to the move and multiple times during at pick up and delivery to ensure all was going smoothly. Overall a very positive experience with this company and team in what was a stressful time for me.
