Amazing experience at CFM for bathroom floor tile, shower tile, and carpet (not for the bathroom!!). I was in here probably 4x a month over 8 months and everyone there was courteous, always helpful, provided fantastic and well-informed suggestions, and was most patient with my indecisiveness and spending hours pulling out tile to compare. Robin was a particularly wonderful partner in the design of my bathroom, offering really astute suggestions and alternatives when I couldn't get things just right. Would highly, highly recommend CFM for all of your tile and flooring needs! They are amazing!

I recently had an excellent experience at Contract Furnishings in Kent. Luke was very informative when I came in looking to replace my flooring. He went over a variety of options and helped me to get the products I needed right away. Thank you again Luke for the great customer service!

We have been working with Julie for our kitchen remodel and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!! I came in with a very general idea of what I wanted to do, and she really helped to bring the project to life with her knowledge and suggestions. She has been such a pleasure to work with, from her communication to her attentiveness to her willingness to be flexible and make adjustments as needed. The renderings she built for us are absolutely beautiful and I can't emphasize what a joy she is! I will be recommending everyone I know to CFM for all their remodeling needs!

We had a free consultation booked with Julie Banks who is the kitchen designer at the store. It was an absolute waste of 4 hours for us.
After the the whole consultation she says you need to pay 250 dollars even to give a quote. We already had whole design done by ourselves and we just wanted a quote on how much it would cost if we got the cabinets from CFM. But even for a quote she would charge 250.
Also to not forget that the doors we choose after spending 2hours there didn’t actually exist in their range so it was so basically some random door that was presented to us.
So it was a total waste of time for us and with zero help on our kitchen. AVOID this particular CFM design consultation in Kent store. Other stores have been nicer

What a wonderful team of folks, friendly & so very helpful. A very efficient team that produced excellent results with ZERO issues.Robin was absolutely marvelous to work with & quickly helped us find the flooring that fit our needs/wishes. After sales service included forwarding a copy of the invoice to an email address that we had established a month after the initial sale.Finding that I'd measured/calculated 2 boxes short of a complete installation, a quick call to Robin and within minutes I was able to head to the warehouse & pick it up.Honestly, who could ask for anything more.....an amazing number of products to select from, expert and friendly sales support, plus an awesome warehouse team. Wooohoooooo. Jon says: "Check them out, they are first rate!!!".

Wanted to thank designer Julie Banks, at CFM Kent, for all her hard work, design expertise and creativity when designing my kitchen. Not only were the results beautiful, she got every unique detail exactly right! I've worked with other designers in the past, and Julie is by far the best. Thank you for everything!
