I went to get a quote they took pictures of my car and said they will get back to me in 2 to 3 business day, its been almost 2 weeks and they have not got back, tried to call but there phone is not working.

Great customer service, very friendly and efficient with a minor issue I needed help with. Called in the morning and they were able to get me in mid afternoon and complete task within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I needed my emblem on the front of my car replaced, which required getting under the hold and removing and putting back in several screws at awkward angles I would have not been able to do on my own without high chance of breaking. I called in the morning and they were able to have me come in mid afternoon and I was out of there within 20 minutes of arrival. Very professional and efficient staff, I would highly recommend.

I went here to retrieve a phone that had been left in a rental vehicle that I had used. We had to WAIT for it to come back, as a driver had TAKEN it with them! NOT GOOD!

Customer Service is great! We called to try to get a walk in appointment and the gentleman said they don't do walking, but he could squeeze me in on his break. We took in our late father's car because it had gotten keyed a day before his funeral. They quoted us and got an appointment right away. Very respectful and considerate of our situation. The price was great given the amazing work they did, it as if my dad's car wasn't even keyed. Highly recommend!!

About 4 months ago my car was vandalized, which included my front bumper, hood, rear bumper and trunk. The management at the time was different and they were really friendly with me when we talked pricing. I paid over $2,000 for the job to get done. However, after 4 months the paint is beginning to chip off from the front bumper. So I went in to talk to them about it, however the management has changed. I explained myself to the "owner". He began to say that the vehicle's front bumper had been hit after that paint job which is why it was chipping. This is my show car and I know for a fact nothing has hit the bumper let alone been taken off. Then I told him that the front bumper wasn't even sanded down to get rid of the rock chips (which I was quoted for). He then began to say, this car wasn't even painted here. I told him I have all the paperwork and he began to get disrespectful saying he would not paint it cause it was my fault that the bumper wasn't sanded down and painted properly. The mangement now is terrible. I've had other fellow car enthusiasts go in and get treated disrespectfully. Definitely don't recommend this shop to anyone who cares about quality work and proper customer service.
