I just upgraded to unlimited (and you will too if you give it a try) within my 3 month commitment. Club Pilates is the most amazing environment I've ever had working out, and I've tried it all. The studio itself is transparent and friendly and informative! It's clean and the equipment is well cared for.Pilates is not about competition or about showing up at 100% each time. It is about your body and how it works. It is about control of your muscles and mind and breathing. It is about getting stronger and more balanced each time. It's also more often than not about "feet in straps"... and it can also be about cardio if you take those classes, or happen to have an instructor that is extra bouncy!Each instructor has their own personality and brings their own style to the reformer, which is great and fun to come back knowing what kind of class you will have based on the person. Even in my first class, I felt welcomed and safe and encouraged to only go as far as I could that day.As someone with chronic low back pain, I can vouch that Pilates done regularly (even at home if you only go in twice a week!) will keep the low back pain at bay (yes they have virtual classes).I've been going for 2 months and have 12 classes under my belt. I am very excited to continue on this journey with everyone at the studio!

I know group classes can be intimidating, but they are small, and the instructors are incredible. The Kent studio is also a very welcoming community to all ages and ability levels.Come join us! :)

My physician recommended a low impact workout like pilates or yoga due to an arthritic ankle so I tried Club Pilates and I’m so happy that I did! The instructors make it fun and I feel great afterward. I’ve been a member here since September 2022 and I’ve always been able to take at least 3-4 classes a week with no issues even on a wait list. My body is stronger and I’m learning to modify my movements if it doesn’t feel right for my ankle. I highly recommend the Kent location!

The instructors are very nice and friendly! I had a problem with not feeling one of the stretches and brought it up to Jules and she was very kind to take the time to explain and follow up with me personally in following classes!

I love Club Pilates. After 400 plus classes, I can say I am never bored with my workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and all add their own personal flavor to the class. There are so many different types of classes offered that keep my workout interesting. I can see myself getting stronger and going to Pilates has added so much value to my life.

Been going to Club Pilates Kent for about a year now and I love it! Being a plus sized person, I was nervous to join a fitness group. But finding this specific studio has been amazing! There is diversity not only in body sizes, but in race/ethnicities as well. Heidi, Lisa, & Erika have been so supportive and helpful throughout my journey. 10/10 recommend!!!

I love Pilates. I have been working out for over 30 yrs. Personal trainers, classes, gym memberships. In the 3+ years I’ve been doing Pilates and at this age I am so much stronger than I have ever been. I have an active life, a little gardening, playing with my grandkids, running a business and riding a big Harley. And with Pilates I feel like I will be able to keep doing what I love.I love Club Pilates

I can’t express enough how fortunate I am to have found Club Pilates! With a busy work/life schedule, I thought I could only take one or two classes a week. However! I have taken more than a couple classes per week because I found enough classes to meet the needs of my schedule!! I love that classes are offered by different instructors too, and all are fabulous! The front staff are wonderful too, without their assistance I would not have joined Club Pilates. There’s definitely truth in, if you don’t use it, you lose it! Super excited to rebuild my balance, muscle strength, and overall sense of good health.

I always leave club Pilates feeling energized and ready for my day. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive of my fitness goals They each bring their own unique perspective and energy to the classes.
