My family was blessed to having their relocation services. They are very responsive and considerate. During the whole process, we changed our appointment several times; each time they were very cooperative and patient with detailed arrangement. Since the destination is inside a building with long stairways, the moving task is challenging, but their crew team did not complain, instead they simply worked harder. All the home goods were well protected without missing or mismatch. We highly recommend them as your service provider. Specially thanks to Brandi, Algona, and everyone from the team. Thank you, all.

Chipman Relocations - Algona did a fantastic job on our relocation from Seattle. Brandi B. was a great communicator, helpful in coordinating all of the pieces, and flexible with our timeline. The moving process was quick and easy thanks to Izaak and his team - very professional. Highly recommend!

We moved from the Northwest to Kansas. Both the team who loaded the truck and the team who unloaded the truck were outstanding. They took careful care of my possessions. What's more, the Chipman folks stayed on schedule, and I had my possessions when they told me I would have them.I have to mention Mike who drove the truck. I couldn't have asked for a more considerate and thoughtful person managing the team who moved my possessions. He was wonderful.Yes, I would use Chipman again. And I would ask Mike to be our driver.

I am deaf. I requested an estimator for a quote. I explained that I couldn't do a virtual as I cannot hear him.At the last minute he started calling a silent phone in my house as if I would hear it. It was there he left the message that he wasn't going to be bothered to drive to my house since I didn't use a phone.I think I know why black people are so angry. It's because these d-bag frat boys are a--hats.I will ALWAYS retell this story to every disabled person I can find: Mayflower and United will not serve the disabled.

My family and I have moved every two years for the past 10 years. Our Relocation with Chipman Relocation was the easiest, most efficient and stress free move! I just finished unpacking the last box and not one item was damaged! Great communication, kind, professional and detailed packing/moving crew. They took their time wrapping, packing and labeling our belongings so that unpacking was easy to manage. And they finished earlier than planned! They also took the time to acknowledge and entertain my two young boys who had many questions and stories to tell. This was an amazing moving experience from one coast to the other!

Move from WA to CA this May. The move was so smooth! After reading about so many scams that happen with the move. I am so glad I chose to work with Mayflower/Chipman Logistics. These guys are awesome! Everything was take care of! The communication has been great. Shout out to Warren and Brandi. The initial estimation was taken by a video call which rarely happens with other moving companies. The only thing was my coffee table got damaged but that's okay since they are nice enough to cover it with the claim.The crew that arrived at the origin were amazing. They were so quick and professionals. Overall, It was a great experience and would recommend using them for your move.

We had a great experience with the moving team and move coordinator, Quenisha, she was outstanding as were the movers, great guys, hard workers! We called for a second move of our storage unit to the same house they moved us to the first time. As a returning, happy customer, we were dumbfounded by the lack of a timely response and professionalism. We called mid-month to avoid the end of month rush. It took over 2 wks for the sales team to call us back. John and Joe were so unorganized it resulted in upcharges for the end of the month date & added an 8-hour minimum. It would cost us as much to move 8 pieces of furniture as it did two 10 x 10 storage lockers. Ironically, as I type this, the general manager, Peter called and impressed me with how he handled the situation. We still had to find another moving company, but Peter softened the irritation factor. I'm changing my original intent of this review because the coordinators and movers were great, just save yourself headaches and don't work with John or Joe. They'll waste your time. Work with Quenisha and she'll organize your move that is seamless. Her attention to detail is meticulous.

I'm glad we chose Chipman for our cross-country move. They were reasonably priced and gave us good advice. Some other companies gave us cheaper quotes but didn't seem trustworthy. Warren provided an accurate estimate that our belongings would fit in two containers. He warned us we'd be cutting it close, so we put aside some bulky items in case we needed to toss them. But everything fit! While it took a few weeks for our stuff to cross the country, our belongings arrived on time -- that reliability is key in an industry where there are a lot of horror stories about delays. Our stuff was delivered on the last day of our estimated arrival window, and I expect that's usually the case unless you pay extra. The upgrade for faster delivery wasn't worth it for us (several thousand dollars), but I'm glad it was an option. Everything arrived in good shape, except minor damage to a particleboard dresser -- but they warned us particleboard doesn't hold up well.

My company hired them to help with my relocation from California to Washington State. They packed and loaded my stuffs in California in 12/27/2022. I was quite shocked when they told me that the delivery would be between 12/31 to 1/16. This delivery time window spans more than two weeks!!! It made me very difficult to decide when I want to start renting my new place in Washington. Because there was a chance that the delivery would be made on 12/31. So I had to start renting my place on 12/31. Eventually, they made the delivery on 1/12. It took them more than two weeks to deliver my stuffs from California to Washington state! You can see how inefficient they are! Because of their inefficiency, I have to start paying rent earlier than I should. At the same time, I had to pay for my stays at the hotel because they had all my stuffs in their warehouse! During the time that I was waiting, I made several attempts to call the coordinator they assigned to me to ask for update. The coordinator simply avoided me by not picking up my call. I had to call their company's number and asked them to transfer my call to the coordinator. It was quite frustrating. The cost for their service is about $3000, although I am not the one paying for it. To be honest, I don't have a lot of stuffs and all my stuffs definitely worth less than $3000. Considering the additional costs from my rent and hotel stay, if I can do it all over again, I would simply throw away all my stuffs in California. Almost forget to mention, their movers broken the only computer desk I had and left me without a computer desk for almost a week...
