The worst customer service , they treating you like criminal , today it was a lady (from Filipina or Asia ) brown girl as cashier but super mean we trying to cash our paycheck then for no reason she said NO and walk away ,so we call our boss to said she don’t want to cash the paycheck then he said go back everything is normal what she’s talking about ? Then we back and she hide and the other cashier (guy) were pretending checking in the computer our paycheck to see if everything it’s ok , so finally he said everything is good and he cashed our “suspect paycheck” this is no the first time I heard other people having same experience so be careful if you go there . They wasting your time. The lady is the worst if she’s no happy she needs go find something fun to do because customer service is no for her

When I walked into the bank, I was greeted by the security guard and he was very nice, I went to the front desk to check in for my appointment and one of the guys gave me water while I waited for my banker to help me. Once my banker came, his name was David and he was very helpful and kind and he helped me make an account within like 15 minutes and everything went smoothly and answered all the questions I had effortlessly. I’ve never banked at chase before or have ever been inside a chase prior to this experience but for my first time interacting with chase, I found it to be very pleasant.

Just got told that I couldn't use the restroom after my $1000 transaction. "It's only for women and children" straight up discrimination. Manager on staff was with David (Teller). Female manager was very crass - obviously because of how I was dressed. Super disappointed they treat veterans this way. Guess I'll go back to Navy Federal only.

I've been banking with Chase for many years and always had helful and wonderful customer service. So it made sense for me to bring my daughter to open an account for her. We were taken apart by how hateful, arrogant, demeaning and unprofessional the young man that "greeted" us here was. We took his behavior as a "no" and opened an account at a different back where we had a way better experience.

Very helpful, and they offered chips and drinks! FYI I enjoyed eating my funyuns and drinking my strawberry peach & pacific dream juice boxes, while fixing a drain on my accounts (took them 10 minutes fast!)Z

appreciate the staff's attempts to assist, but they have no banker so can't open accounts, can't provide service, so not helpful.

Made an appointment to open an investment account, 2 business accounts and a personal saving / checking convo. When I showed up to my appointment they referred me over to the bank of America across the street since they don't have personal bankers at that location. What surprises me the most is that they have about 6 desks for personal bankers and only one of them is occupied; by a cop. What is going on this place?

Went in twice this branch to open up a checking account for my daughter once at 4pm and another time at 2pm. Both times they turn us away, either because they were closing or because they were too busy for us! Whatever happened to first come first serve! Asked us to call to make an appointment. So I called yesterday 3 times and today 5 times. No one wants to pick up the phone! (253) 630-1725 this is the worst chase bank branch I have ever went too! No customer service or consideration of their members!

Had an appt and the banker was going to be out. Received a call from another banker who offered to work my appointment in early, so I was able to take care of setting up my new account. I appreciate the initiative and help when they were short on staff.
