I came in person yesterday (Monday afternoon) and asked to open a bank account. I tried online but i was having alittle bit of trouble and assumed it would be much easier in person anyways. When I came in it wasn't busy at all and I asked to open a bank account and they said it's by appointment only... why? So I ask when is the next appointment available, and they say Wednesday. Two days? Is the process that long just to open up a bank account? I don't see why they didn't want to help. I opened up an account at a different bank, it took about 15 mins. I don't recommend this bank at all, they don't want to help you.

Came in here to get 2 rolls of quarters, 3.18.23 around 12:45 right before they closed. Today, I use the quarters for laundry and I’m short $2.50 as some of the quarters were replaced with nickels, and Pennie’s. I will be reaching out to management for a credit as they should check every roll that comes in. The staff/lady that helped me was extremely kind and sweet on the other hand. Moving forward, I will be checking my quarters when I go into this place from now on.

I always have a positive experience coming to this branch. Wait time is short and the staff are always pleasant. I have made appointments to get a few documents notarized. Their notary services are free to members which is a bonus. They have a drive through which I never use and then two atms outside. During the winter, they let you order new bills which is a nice service as well. Parking is ample and building is well maintained.

My husband and I have been banking at this bank for years. Customer service, particularly drive up window is very efficient.Although I only know a few names of employees, the staff is friendly, courteous, and has always gone out of their way to provide assistance. I know very few of the bankers by name except Brad, Derick, Jamie, and Robert.Cheryl Jackson
