First let me start off by saying how much I enjoy this place ( Raincity Shooting Center)....!
There facility is definitely top notch and their staff members do a fantastic job in making you feel comfortable with each visit.
Whenever I've had any problems with my firearms, the staff has been more than welcome to help.
I'll been shooting at their range for quite some time, in fact some of the staff members know me by name when I walk in.
I consider the ower to be fairly reasonable when it comes to buying and selling firearms.
I feel that I have great relationship with (Raincity Shooting Center) I've sold and I've even bought firearms from them.
So my overall experience with them has been nothing short of amazing, well that was until yesterday.....!
I checked as usual with my paperwork already filled out and handed to the young man at the counter (Jake) his first response was you don't have a phone..? WE NEED YOURNUMBER.....!
I definitely give credit to a staff member who recognized that this situation could possibly get out of hand simply because(Jake) was being aggressive for no reason at all.
He quickly tried to defuse the situation by telling him (Jake) to calm down, explaining to him that I was a regular,
His response to that was, but is he a member.....?
After this unfriendly exchange he also had the nerves to sternly reminded me to put my head and eye protection on...! Wow and all of this hostility while I was still standing at the counter.....
At this time his co-worker reminded him again
to calm down, that I was totally aware of the facilities rules and that he was out of line.....!
I patiently waited until I finished my rounds to talk to him (Jake) about his behavior. At first he thought that he didn't do anything wrong but after explaining how I felt about his aggressive approach, he finally apologized.
Again I absolutely enjoy (Raincity Shooting Center) but (Jakes) behavior cannot and shouldn't be tolerated..!
And this young man (Jake) is also one of (Raincity Shooting Center firearms) instructor, This definitely is acceptable behavior.
Just purchased my Sig P356x from Raincity Shooting Center on Wednesday, wow very happy with it....!
Although I have shot Sig's before, never had the pleasure of shooting this one.
Until now I'll only heard good and bad things about it, but did my own research before the purchase...
After Shooting it today(300 rounds) I truly can say it the real deal for sure.......!
This is my third purchase with Raincity Shooting Center, gotta say that with each purchase I been more than pleased with their service and knowledge of firearms.
The ower has been incredible on point with purchasing and the trading of my firearms.
Each person in that department seems to be very knowledgeable and that's definitely makes for an enjoyable experience.

I'm not sure if dude was just maybe having a bad day or what, but I went in ready to spend some cash get an optic for my AR. This cat was sitting on his stool behind the counter looking at his phone. I stood there for a few minutes before he acknowledged me. Then when he did he acted like he wasn't interested in trying to help me. I walked out empty-handed and I may not ever go back.

Had a great time here last week. Victor attended to my team and he’s an awesome guy. Very helpful in putting us through seeing as it was our first time. Made the experience even better.

Great staff who are ready to help. Ample lanes and a good selection of rentals if you don't have your own.
Things to note, I own a shotgun and 30-06 rifle. Shotguns are only allowed to fire slugs and .30-06 are not allowed. So check their site for acceptable ammo types and firearms.

It was my first time at a shooting range as a German tourist. very good introduction and explanation of the weapons. would love to come back.

Visited Raincity as a first time firearm user, due to the positive online reviews. They were all spot on! Our instructor Okwui was extremely patient and thorough with basic gun safety and how to properly use each type of firearm we wanted to try. He made my friend and I feel safe and confident as first time gun users. The cost is reasonable for the experience and we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the facility. I especially like that you don’t have to reserve a class if you want to visit but have never shot before. They will teach you everything you need to know before you begin. Highly recommend for those who want to learn about firearms!
