My customer service agent Marco was one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. His professional work ethic was outstanding to say the least. He is a asset to your company. People it pays to wait for him to assist you. I will be back soon because of him. I also would like to mention Kamini and Travis when I couldn't get Marco they provided me with a friendly greeting and put me at ease in a very stressful time it's no wonder since they are instructed by the manager Marco. People you can't go wrong with this crew the rating really doesn't make sense. Try them thanks again for your help Marco, Travis and Kamini!!!!.

Unprofessional staff they will they try to dog you by offering the lowest prices for the items you bring in to pawn and sell and the prices for the things their selling are sky high do yourself a favor and go somewhere else you will be paying above average

If I could give lower then 1 star trust me I’d . I have been a customer to this location for over 6 years always been nice and friendly but since this new copy version of Oompa Loompa Asian manager had come this store no longer would be my fav store. Not only mine I believe for a lot more customers. I feel bad for the employees which they had pretty solid relationships with their customers. He’s absolutely unprofessional from his dress code to his interaction to customers. Very very disrespectful zero% customer service. #needtobefired. Business like this only stand on customers and it’s absolutely fine for a business to lose unprofessional individual in order to keep 100s of customers.

I went in today looking to buy an Xbox and some games but was just ignored. They just kept helping people that would walk in trying to get a loan. I'll take my business to Elite Pawn where even if they are busy they will acknowledge you.

Dont come here if ur of color and want to get treated fairly, short old lady with glasses refusesd to even check my saw properly and told me it was broken, then asked if i had jewlry for sale thou i brought toolsother younger emplyee knew she was wrong but didnt speak up..so unfortunate for her,, all there reviews speak for themself dont come unless u want price guaging and or refusal of ur murchandise probably might help the person more sutable to there likeing butPoc should avoid at all costI know its a bad neighborhood but dont mean every person selling stolen goods . I went to this location to do a loan . They closing the store earlier before 6pm . I called the store and the associate answered and I asked why you close the door early? He then said that the manager told him then I asked to speak with the manager the manager at this location is new and has no customer service or he runs his own show . He said to be that he don’t care that He doesn’t give a ..... I’m a bit surprised how he communicated with a customer that give him a check . If is not for me or others he will not have a job. I will reach out to the corporate office on Monday and file a complaint with this store the management need retraining or need a new manager . I have dealt with him before we’re he is rude and unprofessional doesn’t listen to concerns from the customers . Contact regional office and file a complaint regarding the way they conduct business at this location. Fix your management if you want people to shop here do loans here . I also noticed that I’m not the only one complaining about the management. They don’t deserve any stars especially you manager ( Latin/Spanish)

The new management is terrible 3/23/21 went in a day prior and got a quote for a ring for $650, went back in the next day and was quoted the same price. He asked the manager to enter a password to ok it and instantly raised the price to $800 and said take it or leave it. Did not honor their word and lost a valuable and frequent customer at this location. Don’t buy from this store, they will rip you off now.

cash America is a wonderful place to work when you have a very good manager that’s name Mario he’s very good good person to work for but when you have an assistant manager by the name of Ramon that does not know how to be a assistant manager has no training or management skills he’s very rude disrespectful he plays a lot at work laugh and giggle all the time and he’s always on his cell phone he is not a very good person and if he wants to succeed as a assistant manager I suggest that he gets management skills
