I'd be happier if they were cheaper, but everyone is entitled to make a living from their work. Bucky's varies by location. I have used the one by Highline Community College and the one in Bremerton both were excellent with great service.

I brought my 2007 dodge charger here about six months ago to be serviced. Long story short I provided the parts, but they technicians didn’t tighten a bolt all the way up on my front end causing my car to shake real bad to where I could have possibly wrecked and died. Be careful taking your car to these folks. The only way they are going to accept responsibility for whatever it is, is if they provided the parts.

Good guys. Went to another place they said 1700 to fix my g6. Went to this buckys n they fixed it for 800.1st experience was good and easy. So went back with my denali that kept cutting off. Paid 180$ for them to figure it out. They told me 3000$ to fix fuel injectors. Took it to a friend and it was just a 60$ sensor. Wasted 180$. And if i paid 3000$ problem still wouldn't have been fixed. Wont be going back.

I'm a first time customer.People there are so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Bryce and your crew. Service is honest and awesome. I had my exhaust pipes replaced on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, checked the driveline, and brakes, and they installed my struts for the hood (which I bought previously and couldn't do it myself) at no charge except for the exhaust pipe work of course. All was done in one day.I'm a happy woman.. Will go there for oil changes and any other repairs as needed.

WARNING!!! Simple services i had them do cost me over $1400.Super regretful i went there!!! 2 parts replaced were marked up 3-5 times higher than online prices($55-$110) or O'rielly's/Autozone/A1 Auto prices($65-$125). I even went online and called other shops to see how many hours the job should take and that was 2, they charged for 3. 1 set of brake pads were $110 plus $140 labor= $265, no rotors, no calipers just pads. That's OUTRAGEOUS!!! You've been warned!!Service: Auto brake repair

The manager, David, was super nice and professional to deal with. Joey (who installed a new exhaust for me) finished the job in a timely manner, and did an impressive job with the pipe bends and welds. Great attention to detail. Really happy with the final product.Service: Exhaust

Tallen HoustonA Star Rating wasn't adequate to express the level of unprofessionalism i experienced unless Google supported Negative Star Ratings. Most of my interactions were simply being put on hold in a respectful manner; however, my interaction with an employee named Tallen reflected a careless attitude toward customer service, blatant disrespect in his attitude and communicative ability, presentation of an invoice that did not reflect the pricing dictated to me by him only a single work day before, an unwillingness to honor a quote given to me on a recorded line at my place of employment, and a snide remark about my inquiry as to why the agreed upon pricing jumped by $1000.00 to the effect of "You voted for him" denoting that the price jump was Joe Bidens responsibility, my fault for voting for him, and then summarily dismissed my inquiry as to which part price was increased by saying, "Let me stop you, i don't have time for that, buy it or don't"... No Patriotism, No Respect, No Transparency which leads me to believe there are disreputable dealings being brokered, and a careless attitude toward respecting and valuing the establishments customer base or reputation. If any employee at the shop that i run spoke to a customer in such a way, their termination would be as imperative as my attempt to rectify their dismissal of a valued customer and issue an apology for such unprofessional conduct while honoring the original price and restoring their faith in the reputation built by the proprietors. Thanks for the display of dishonorable character Tallen ... you saved my owner $6,000.00 while taking that money out of your employers pocket with a careless tongue. Hopefully your tactful line "You voted for him" works when explaining your candor to your employer, seems like a great answer to me!PS Mr. Tellen is a convicted felon!
