Called the parts department to see if they had a specific tire in stock. Got transferred to the "tires department." Girl answers and tells me she needs to transfer me to the parts department for that. Told her I just got transferred from parts and get put on hold, eventually they just hung up on me. Cool!

I am loving my new Bronco Sport Badlands so much. I traded in my 2017 VW GTI. I am looking forward to having more confidence for my daily long work commute especially in the winter because where I live we get more ice and snow. I have been pleasantly surprised by the gas mileage so far on my first tank as I have had an average of 27 mpg and that involved some stop and go traffic. The transmission is smooth and plenty of acceleration even in normal mode. And now I have a rig to get me out on all my adventures and up in the hills for hiking etc. It really has been fun to drive. The buying experience was good and efficient and Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable and even came in on his day off to work with my schedule and has answered several questions since.

I pre-ordered a '25 Ford Maverick from Bowen Scarff last week. This process was made super easy with the help of Chris. He's a great salesperson -- no pressure, knowledgeable, easy-going.
Chris made sure I had a first-class test drive with the '24 Maverick. (I just wanted to get a feel for the truck.) Afterwards, Chris and I ran over the numbers for my '25 Ford Maverick. Super helpful. I look forward to continuing my business with Bowen Scarff & Chris!!

Worked with Sawyer Scarff to find our son the perfect car as well as helping us find a newer car for our trade in. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
