Best shop ever. The shop has such a huge variety of items and the way everything is displayed makes it easy to select from. The owner is always so kind and helpful. This is the shop I now ALWAYS go to and will ALWAYS recommend to everyone.

I came to buy some cigarettes and the person who served me did not want to accept my coins just because they are coins, he told me that I couldn't touch them, I told him it's money, it's a difference, he said he can't help you

Very friendly, humble, helpful man who I take to be the owner was happy to help me find the products that were best for me, and that was a real service as he has a better selection than most places out here! One of the best experiences I've had in a smoke shop, actually, in any type of store. I live outside the area, but I'm sure I'll be making excuses to come down this way, this cat really created a great shopping experience!

Good selection, good prices. Never too busy in my experience.. I would say the customer service could be improved - at least that's my viewpoint after my most recent visit. I felt very rushed and the cashier seemed a tad bit annoyed that he would have to physically come over to the glass case to assist me.Only other suggestion would be to have more price labels for the merchandise in the glass cases, but hey.. that's literally no different than any other smoke shop I've ever been to. First one that gets those two right will hit a home run.

Owner is so sweet. If you’re a tad late or a tad early he’ll still manage to help sell you something last minute when you’re getting off late. Best customer service here yet for a smoke shop and he has patience (because I get indecisive and can’t make up my mind) ?

John is awesome! Very kind and helpful. This place has a good selection of vape juices and other devices. He is very knowledgeable and friendly on all the products! 10/10 reccomend this place :)

I absolutely love this place. It's never super busy but it always has a steady flow. Employees who work there are very efficient, lets you know if there's a better deal and is clear I'm vape purchase expectation. They have my favorite flavor vape, which has now multiplied into 3 different types and they have every single one ❤️ plus my second favorite. They also have later hours than the rest of the smoke shops near me (which usually close early anyways ugh). They have a wide selection of glass products, vapes, cigarettes and random goodness. I overheard them in a conversation with another client saying that they sold a certain type of cigarette that you couldn't find anywhere else anymore. Every single time I've been here it's been a good experience I don't have a single complaint and I've always left happy there are not many places I can say that about. I would 100% recommend.

He has the best oil burner selection around. It’s always the owner there, no one else. He is super super sweet, really helpful, doesn’t judge. He works really hard and deserves good business. Cigarettes are as cheap as Muckleshoot smoke shop. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is that torches are expensive, and their pipes are a little expensive. But still!! I go out of my way to go to this smoke shop.
