Excellent experience. Searching for a side arm. Last one I used was in the 82nd ABN. That was 28 years ago. So, I needed some advice about making the right selection of a currently available side arm. Bear Arms nailed it. I didn't receive some hard sell for their shop. I received pertinent information that I needed to make a responsible choice of a side arm. When I do make my choice, road trip to Bear Arms.

Really nice people. They help me with all my questions. As a first time owner of a firearm. I was very impressed with their knowledge in what I should use for my home defense. And as a local roofing company, I know service is important and these guys overdelivered thanks again.

I truly enjoy my visits to Bear Arms. Excellent customer service EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I adore and collect Benchmade knives. They have always been extremely patient with my decision making process when I want to see and examine each and every knife, if needed. In other words, they tolerate my quirkiness with extreme patience and a smile. I feel respected and welcomed. They are kind, knowledgeable, amazing, and dare I say, sweet people. They are a true asset to the community!

Recently made a purchase with them, and I have to say it was the best experience I've had in a while. Fast, friendly, local, and knowledgeable. I'm definitely coming back to them for any other purchases.

Everytime my husband and I have gone in here, this mean old lady has been condescending, rude, passive aggressive in the most unnecessary way, and a total downer to be around. Their customer service is terrible, and we will never spend our hard earned money here. You shouldn't be in business when you have such terrible social skills!

Very pleased with my handgun purchase at Bear Arms. They have a limited in-store inventory but have 1000s in their warehouse inventory so check their website and call ahead. I got the best deal on my Walther at Bear Arms. I even got text message status updates during the process. Thanks!

Nice folks but there was nothing in stock. Felt bad for the employees there and it just looked like the store had nothing to offer. Nice folks but save your money and time. The owner relied and no need to apologize. I was just perusing and had no intention to purchase given the current firearms industry state. Selling luxury items is not easy and applaud you for keeping a nice and clean store!
