Picked up my wife's X-Chair yesterday, brought it home and realized the small issue was more then I could fix. Called the warehouse today and talked with Betty. Betty was professional, polite and understanding and fixed the issue! Excellent service, thank you!

Worriest and disrespectful TI bring the load they told I am earlier for my delivery came back next day 7:30am again Sadi you don’t have appointments show all my paperwork and appointments time driver is making the decision do what ever they went they make me lost 2 days for and lose load I supposed to pick up
