I had fraudulent activity on my account and needed to go into the back to speak with someone. I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism with which my issue was resolved. Narges Omar was the consultant who assisted me. Not only did she deal with my dilemma with precision and diligence, she presented such a humane attitude, offering additional suggestions and steps to take, to ensure more protection on my banking activities. I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and with the resolution my problem. Thank you Nagres!

I've loved this bank for years. Would have given you 5 stars, but you've recently added a lengthy voice message with info that holds the caller captive, when all I want is the automated teller. Frustrating!

No god for sure. I dont think it's having bad days anymore, it's actually working with bad business or better yet keeping bad people around. and in my eyes bad people are the ones that portray to be in position of some authority or organization that is able to fly under the radar as a chameleon. Horrible customer service at Kent. The black lady. I'm black too. But yep, her. It's sad that the few of us people of color with good jobs cant ever stick out for good reasons. She sticks out like a damn big a** dark black cloud that rains over parades. Her attitude is very poor. And her overall energy is lethargic. I'm unsure if she hates her position or herself. Hope they start seeing that she just really lacks caring for customers. unwelcomed and soar is how I felt just by her vibes and body language and lack of communication skills on a welcoming level or any level as being someone sitting in the office working with people. Really too bad

Complete trash after trying to open a new account I was denied because of an old charge of $40 on a closed account. Even if I pay they said they will not open a new account for me and that I have to wait 6 months to a year before I can reapply. If $40 is the deciding factor shouldn't I be able to pay this and open a new account?Simple fact that I wanted to open a new account and fund it with over $200 should be enough I'm disappointed and will not be coming back to this location or any banner Bank branch and I would urge anyone reading this to do the same there are low class low budget local bank that's no longer worth my time.Whoever is in charge of this company is doing a terrible job.

The people at this Banner Bank branch have very helpful and they are extremely nice. I have been a business customer of theirs for 7 years and also have a personal account with them. If there are ever any issues they call me right up and they will go above and beyond what some of the larger national banks will not do. We are not a large commercial account for them but they treat us like we are. Thank you

This bank has to be one of the damn slowest banks you can go too!! Now that you can only use the drive thru teller due to the bank not letting anyone be able to walk into the bank. If you come to this location plan on waiting an hour to be helped! They must be sleeping at their damn computers or talking on the phone to their friends because it takes them for ever to help anyone!!!!!I usually love all Banner Banks but this one sucks

I have had this bank for over 12 years. Their first bank was in my home town of Walla Walla. I have never had so many problems than what I've been having the past 6 months. Not only have they taken over $150 in the past 2 weeks to "overdraft fees" when it should just not allow the money to be taken out if there are insufficient funds- it works 1/4 of the time- But my account info was taken from a Facebook ad and I reported it in December. They gave me the $96 back than now 2MONTHS later they take the money back saying the investigation came out that it was a legitimate transaction?! Like why give me the money back in the first place then. No one wants to help. My mom died 3 weeks ago and I've had to take so much time off and on top of that they have taken over $250 in random a** fees so would I recommend banner bank? Definitely not

I’ve never had a bad experience here, even in difficult situations. The Staff At this location in particular know what it means to be Sophisticated when dealing with the costumers needs and always maintaining the relaxed friendly environment.
