one of the worst bank branches, although there are many, this branch says that it is open, but it is closed, and when it is open, they have no cash to withdraw. Take your money to BECU or Navy Federal

Worst service I’ve ever received from any institution. A change in my phone number set off a fraud alert and I was told by customer service I would have to go into a branch to physical verify my identity. Went in, guy at the front told me all the personal bankers were on lunch and that it’d be at least an hour. Asked what his position was and he told me branch manager, but that he couldn’t help me. He gave me a run around and told me to call customer service, which I had already told him had told me I needed to go to a branch. Why have a branch manager if they can’t help customers?

Terrible service. They’ve updated the inside and took away most of the tellers making it the worse remodel ever. Also lines are always long expect to wait an hour and pack a snack. They rarely take walk-ins because they “recommend an appointment” so you have to come back again and waste more time, convince isn’t there strong suite. Most of the people here are depressed to work here so I don’t recommend. But hey I love what you’ve done with the floors.

They've been holding $2k in foreign currency hostage here and won't redeposit it into my account per their own policy. Nobody answers the phone, I called for 30 minutes straight. The only way to get service here is to drive there and wait in line for an hour.

When does a bank not accept money like quarters to deposit? My family business gets quarters and needs to deposit it into the account somehow. We may need to close the account and go to another bank if they won't accept a deposit of real cash.

People behind the Counter;Understaffed?Always chatting people up, wasting time. I don't wanna be chatted to, i came here to make a transaction, not start a book club!Stood 15 mins same spot, 5 people ahead. Thats the service.

Needed a quick deposit of a bond, ended up leaving since my lunch break was running out, never got to see a clerk. Hands down the worst branch I've dealt with as a lifetime customer. Hire better, make another branch (lobby was overcrowded) available. Seriously, really reflect on why half your reviews are 1 star.
