My 2015 GL450 needed the transmission serviced and spark plugs changed. For the same amount that the dealer quoted, they changed my oil, got a full transmission serviced, both differentials fluids changed, and spark plugs done! Super great guys...John was amazing!

John was great to work with. Fast, clear communication and addressed the issues with the car rather than trying to upsell. Fair market price for excellent service. Will definitely be bringing our VW back here. 10/10 would recommend.

I called Auto Werkstatt to get a repair estimate for my BMW. I spoke with John the owner and after talking with him about replacing my steering rack/programming it I scheduled the appointment. He exceeded my expectations by doing a great job and finished replacing the steering rack a couple of days earlier then estimated. While talking with John I found out that he actually was trained in Germany at BMW by a master mechanic at the school. This really made me feel confident knowing that John has the training and equipment to handle any size job on BMW's and Mini Coopers as well as a variety of German made cars.Also his prices are very reasonable. He took time to explain the scope of the work needed to repair my car and gave me a estimate that I was more than happy to pay.I've been back recently to have a brake fluid change on my 535i and my wife has brought her bmw X4 to have it serviced.I trust John and his staff to work on my cars and know that his prices are very reasonable.

I've had work done by Bob on several cars over the past 20 years, 3 transmissions (Porsches and VWs), and various other less tricky jobs. I trust him with my cars, to do a good job at a fair price.

After acquiring the collector car I've saved for, it arrived it worse shape than expected. Bob methodically inspected and built a list of 'most needed' repairs to make safe and road worthy. We're on our 6th year of both annual maintenance and improvements. I've never felt anything but honesty and knowledge in the dialog and subsequent repairs from Bob and his team. My 40+ year old collector car drives like I dreamed it would. Part of me wants to buy another car just to watch it take shape under Bob's professional craftsmanship.
