Absolutely worst customer service. They’re too busy watching Indian shows than being polite. Didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag for $30 worth of snacks and then catches attitude that bag costs .10 cents. That’s not a problem, but don’t treat people like they’re below you. Unbelievable

Bad customer service. The attendance/cashier didnt want to sell lottery ticket even though the other cashier was requesting to sell the lottery ticket. The cashier kept saying to tell me that they dont have lottery ticket and the nice cashier requested and saod please do the sales.

I had a great experience here , i was drowsy at 5am and this nice young African American lady pointed out i gave her a 10 and a 50 instead of a 10 and a 5 . I would have never noticed !!This never happens during this day and age and i can'tve happier :)

It's terrible, I always buy Mocha $1.5 from ampm (close to our house ) , but today I was this location ( 10402 SE 256th ST KENT, WA ) and I bought it . The cashier told me $ 3.29 and when I explained him that I always buy from another ampm and it's just $1.5 , he smiled and told every am pm is different and the prices for same stuffs are different . $2 difference is maybe nothing, but for one Mocha is more than 2 times.In addition his attitude was so impolite.

We were shopping at this 24 hour store when we were asked to "please rush, I don't have time" after we had been there for 1-2 minutes. I believe the employee's name was Vishal, or something similar. I wasn't done shopping but we hurried to the counter. He then got visibly angry at me because a prompt repeated on the pin pad, and reached in front of me to do it (in the middle of a pandemic, charming - he also wasn't wearing a mask). We then asked if we could have a bag and he looked incredibly pissed and literally grumbled. I get that it's a gas station, but seriously... I don't need shining customer service but basic human decency/ allowing me to finish my shopping would be amazing. We've been coming here multiple times a week since moving here but we'll have to find somewhere else.

July 9th 2020First, there was nobody wearing masks in the store except for maybe one person including the cashier. second, I specifically asked if my coupon from Marlboro would be accepted. it's an online coupon and I use it here every single time I buy my cigarettes.even though I asked him before I clicked on my app to use the coupon he would not scan it so I had to lose my little coupon. Even though this stores address was listed on the coupon app then, he refused to scan my ARCO app. I was in disbelief, and told him how it's the Arco app!. He finally scanned it so I can save my little dollar fifty. I've worked in retail and I know how customers are supposed to be treated. And he is not doing me any favors by allowing me to shop here, stores should be treating their customers like gold right now since we are choosing where to shop. More importantly, we're not to shop!!
