Travis is professional and really takes into account your goals, injuries, health and well being. His breadth of knowledge for every fitness level is appreciated along with his attention to form so injuries don’t happen.

This gym is amazing. The facility is so clean considering how affordable their fees are and the personal trainers are so attentive. I recommend for others who are looking for a change in their physical fitness!

As a strength & conditioning coach you always want to collaborate with other coaches and share best practices especially when you trained the owner for free for a few years to prepare for his upcoming fights and kickboxing matches so it was an easy choice to want to have the owner as a guest on my podcast and help him promote his fight promotions and gym. Unfortunately I was snubbed, more like treated like some solicitor even causing the owner to make up a story about the fact that it was very hard for him to move clients around and that I should know this given my experience etc. The fact of the matter is that he had no clients to move and only wanted me to share my advanced knowledge and exercises with him so that he may use them on his clients but never giving credit to who showed him all this. This truly hurt and disappointed me considering all the free coaching and sessions I gave to the owner for years never once asking for anything in return. I also feel exploited and disrespected but that doesn’t surprise me now seeing as coincidentally my former clients, who I discussed introducing them to him to learn MMA months prior and gave him nothing but the highest praise and respect, are now TRAINING with him and learning exactly what I recommended. This is a big red flag in the fitness and training business and something that is common knowledge not to cross the boundaries so the owner’s true motives, character, and appreciation for what I did for him came out and is now painfully transparent. Due to all this I don’t recommend this facility or the trainer as I’m sure the coach is not nationally certified which is a disservice and liability to the members and clients, the coach goes after other true fitness professionals clients and tries to play it off by not associating with them on social media, and has no interest in collaborating or sharing best practices, let alone repaying past selfless service by others. This truly was eye opening and extremely selfish of the person so I’m not sure consumers will fair any better if I didn’t.

Travis is a great trainer who makes as awsome environment for fighters and for people just wanting to learn the skills and get a great workout. Joining this gym has been a great stress relief for me and I can honestly say I have never been happier. Everyone here made me feel like I was part of the team from day one. If you want to learn to fight or just want to have a lot of fun working out give Travis a call!
