A great company to work with and a nice alternative to overpaying for a vehicle in Alaska (even with transportation costs, I saved $500 buying out-of-state, because the Alaska car market is insane). I appreciated that Alaska Auto Transport did a scrupulous inspection upon receiving the vehicle, which helped catch damages caused by another auto transport company. The staff is friendly and helpful, and always answered the phone. They were accurate about arrival estimates and got my vehicle from Kent, WA, to Fairbanks, AK, within the promised window. I just wish they offered additional payment methods to help customers save on credit card fees (i.e., Zelle or direct debit) - I ended up doing a wire transfer to save on the $100 Clover fee. Closed container shipment would also be nice and something I would have paid extra for considering Alaska DOT distributes sand/rock on winter roads. Would recommend AAT and use them again in the future.

When particular car dealerships here in Anchorage feel as though they can corner the market and you have no other option, you do! Buy a car out of state and ship with these fine folks. As a repeat customer, I can firmly say I will be back for any other car shipping needs. This is a solid business and they make you feel at ease throughout the entire process. Easy to get a hold of, and professional through and through. Thank you guys for safely, and in a timely manner, getting my truck up to Alaska.

I can't say enough about my experience with Alaska Auto Transport. I drove my car to Kent Washington for the shipment of my Toyota Tacoma to Fairbanks Alaska. I met Ty who has excellent communicative skills. He eased my nerves as the truck had a 2000 mile journey ahead. I spoke with Brittany at the Anchorage site. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very much able to help me through this process. I also had an opportunity to talk to Kathy,the owner, again very knowledgeable and understanding of people transporting their vehicles. It was a seamless journey and in fact the truck made it ahead of schedule. Please note you have many transport companies. I was given many quotes that were only to Anchorage in writing but I was looking for Fairbanks. Brittany was instrumental in giving me a true quote. Also please note that their is Alaska Car Transport .This review is for Alaska Auto Transport only.Thank you so much for your excellent service!!

We shipped both of our truck and trailer and received it in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable and the service was above and beyond. They were professional, friendly and made the transaction so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto transport. A shout out to Randy. Kathy and Ty.

Incredible customer service. The gal who helped me was super knowledgeable and insightful. She provided me all the info i needed up including me the cost, approximate dates (based on history), how much extra it was for faster transport, and what she has seen in her years there.

Please remember to get confirmation of initial quotes in writing via an email. Was quoted a price from Alaska Auto Transport and was told that I couldn’t pay for it then, I needed to wait until they shipped from Washington to Anchorage before I could pay. Once the car was received in Anchorage the quote was almost $1000 more and they had “no idea where my initial quote even came from.” Had to pay the higher rate because the shipment was already transported, I wouldn’t have minded a higher rate but it just seemed shady to have to wait to pay and then they tell you the rate, giving you no other choice. I would have liked to have been given the opportunity to shop around rather than being tricked into the booking.

We used Alaska Auto Transport when we moved to Alaska and again when we moved back to the lower 48 and both times the service was excellent. The staff is so friendly and we received our vehicles in perfect condition. I highly recommend!

I just dropped off my Jeep at the Anchorage location to be shipped to their Kent, WA location and it couldn't have been easier. Tom, Olga, the rest of the staff and their beautiful dog were welcoming and truly genuine. This is a local company at both locations - most companies are brokered out of state. They take the stress out of this component out of my move. I made some new friends today! I'm in no hurry to pick up my vehicle but when it arrives I'm certain it will be just as wonderful. Thank you for taking care of me today. I have a lot on my mind and your kindness and compassion are genuine. Every business should strive to be as personable.

Great prices and our cars come in sooner then expected. The storage price if you're late ain't bad at all either. Their customer service is amazing too.
