Well, I do not know where to begin please stay away as far as possible from this place they will rip you off terrible customer service. I notified them in advance, and yet they charge me a full months right now I have the unit that is empty and they refuse to pay me back after so many years and so many clients that I brought to them, I now have to say people stay away from them. You gonna be the victim very sad. that they don’t care about their customers no wonder they have only three stars review terrible terrible customer service.

So far so good! This place in Kent is what it says, it's affordable and its as secure as any gated community. There's always going to be a bad bunch, breaking the Beemer or punching the tires of a classic Pontiac, but other than that, the unit is great, I have a 10 by 20 and it fits a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a garage. What more can you ask for the price? I even got a special deal on it so it was even more affordable. What more can you ask??? A free moving truck?

I have not used this storage facility for twenty years but they were good then and since rhey are still here so that is a good sign. They were clean and competent.They were also affordable and fair.

Stacy has been amazing. Though, I didn't booked through phone or in person as they wouldn't give me the rate of online so I booked online and got the rate I wanted. Coming from Public storage, this is amazing from checking in to moving my stuffs in has been amazing! Stacy was understanding of my situations and still allowed me to keep the loan truck for additional hour. It was snowing and she was more concerns of my safety than getting the truck back. So far, this place is amazing! If anything, will update.

We had two storage units here for two months while we were purchasing our home we were clearing out our two units when this guy with a Samurai sword comes around the corner and attacks my husband there is no security here when I told the lady in the front she said someone stole his rv so not only do you have to worry about your stuff getting stolen you have to make sure you watch your back so you don’t get attacked by Abundance of the sketchy people walking around the property
