Kyle and Clinton went above and beyond to make sure my Vending Machine got through some really tight spaces at my customer's location. They stuck around for over an hour as we figured out how to get it in place. Outstanding service!

I almost interviewed/worked for this company but did my research and discovered that the trucks in operation are subpar to most vehicles I have operated and in my 20+ years of driving trucks, I've seen some horrible things. I've witnessed the company drivers being rude and intolerant of almost everyone, that and after reviewing the wage they offered even to experienced drivers, it was obvious that at $20-$21 an hour you're not going to get quality drivers for the box truck. I mean seriously, minimum wage in Tukwila is $19.97, offering a few pennies to a dollar above that is a joke to a qualified driver.

Terrible. They told me all day they could unload at 6am. Then the truck shows up at 5pm and they say they cannot unload the unit until tomorrow morning. Terrible do not use.

Not even going to call to complain about their road raging driver because places like this know about their problem drivers and choose to do nothing. I would post the truck number, but he was literally on my rear bumper until I reached my exit so I couldn't get it, even hit the brakes hoping I wouldn't see the company name, but I needed to know so I could avoid trucks from this company of certified maniacs. Don't have them ship anything valuable or fragile; it has little chance arriving in one piece if their drivers conduct themselves like that.

I worked there for short time. I have mixed feelings. 1. they gave me an opportunity when I was new to area and no one else was calling. 2. The reviews you see about their drivers and such. well that is everywhere in trucking industry depends on who you are dealing with and what mood you catch them in. 3. My only negatives really were same as other companies really. After my driving period of 30 to 90 days was up it was verbal understood I was to actually be the warehouse manager. Warehouse at time was small for the chaos that goes on there especially in mornings. It took way longer than 90s days to get my shot at warehouse manager.I saw lot of fixing needed to be done as far as the handling of goods. unloading a packed trailer most would not take much time to ensure no damage. That would take time which company did not have enough man hours to allow for slower paced and thorough unload. They didnt like me being thorough about inspecting every piece coming off and documenting any possible damages where obvious damage was done to packaging. BUT i have not worked anywhere that did! except Fed Ex Express hub.I think my departure was a mutual feeling. Bitter sweet for me because on personal level The family and most of my co-workers were decent caring folks outside of work.My real gripe was I had minor accident when sent into an almost impossible situation on residential delivery. narrow single lane road. cars parked both sides and ultimately no outlet! all driveways were down ward sloped. The truck I am driving didnt catch 1st gear right away and rolled back 12 inches before going fwd as I was turning around in a driveway. They make their drivers pay for damages while driving their trucks. They garnished me each week until paid! what? good bye

This truck I caught on dash cam driving down 188th and Orilla Road heading back to the warehouse. The truck ran four cars off the road almost hit another one due to tailgating. when I called to report it the supervisor or whoever was in charge had a sarcastic tone and was like, so you’re being a good Samaritan about reporting this, just rude… ignoring the fact that I work for the department of transportation and could have went to supervisors and had drivers DOT CARD REVOKED AND LICENSE SUSPENDED. if the truck would’ve hit them cars, then he would’ve had to been answering to a whole other authority and so would have the driver due to reckless driving and I had it all on video.

Horrible company! I had freight pending and the people I spoke with are just arguing on phone with each other including myself and rescheduled freight numerous times. Horrible office staff, poor manners and professionalism. My clients freight came in damaged. I wouldn't ship with this company or work for them. They are toxic.

WORST customer service i have ever received. Scheduled a 4 hour window for pick-up a week in advance. No call no show. Called to find out why and/or when they would come to pick up. Was hung up on mulitple times by more than one employee, yelled at by a male employee and told they would not pick up my frieght. This is a warning to people thinking about using this company....DO NOT USE THEM!! You have been warned. Would not use them if they were free!!
