We moved part of our household one way and part another. The moving staff was superior: professional, helpful, friendly, polite. They went beyond what we had experienced with other movers to be certain things were exactly where we needed them. I would recommend them.

Had an amazing experience with Ace Relocation. From getting an estimate to final delivery the entire process was seamless. Our driver Tony was very professional and friendly and so were his crew at both origin and delivery locations. Nothing was lost or damaged. Tony also worked with us to schedule delivery that would fit best with our new work schedule. We also moved 3 motorcycles with them and the team treated them with great care. Would absolutely recommend Ace Relocation.

Recently moved with the help of Ace Relocation Services. Packed us up one day in Colbert, Washington and unpacked us the next day 300 miles west in Poulsbo, Washington.
It's a chaotic experience without question. We had packed many items in boxes already which I think helped some. They had 3 guys pack us up and 5 guys un-pack us. Would've been quicker and easier for them if they had 5 guys both ways.
There were a few glitches like putting items in the truck that were clearly marked to stay but considering everything they packed it wasn't a major glitch. I think the home owner supervising the process closely is helpful just so you know what they're packing and where they are putting it. So far as we unpack the many boxes we haven''t found anything that was broken. To some extent if they're guilty of anything it's "over-packing" to make sure nothing breaks.
If you have any electronic equipment like a portable speaker unplug them and wrap the cord around the item. In our case there were a few electronic items which were packed separately from the power cord and then you have to go find them.
One element of this was my wife and I had given some thought to where we wanted our furniture in the new house but it would be helpful if you know for sure where you want your furniture to be placed when they unload it. Otherwise it forces them to move the item and then adjust the placement of the item continually until your satisfied.
We did tip the foreman of the crew, they worked very hard. Having never done this before we weren't sure but my wife and I talked about it and came up with an amount we thought was appropriate.
Before we ever went through this big of a move again I believe we would throw a lot of things out. We realized as they were packing us and afterwards that we simply have too much "stuff".
Next time which will be a massive downsizing to a condo or something like that we will discard as much as possible.

End-to-end a great move. Everyone was clearly well experienced and had high standards for quality, careful work -- sales, oversight, communication, drivers, packers, equipment.
ACE Relocation / Atlas were so much better than any previous movers or packers. And they had an extremely competitive bid. Thanks, ACE, you made it easy for us.

Moving sucks, but I wanted to take a minute and share my recent move experience with Ace Relocation Systems.
Moving from Tacoma to Bonney Lake, into a third-floor apartment without an elevator could have been a stressful endeavor, but thanks to the exceptional service provided by John and Brian and my move consultant, Tracie, it was an absolute breeze. Their efficiency and quick work made the entire process so much easier than I had anticipated.
From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with care and ensured that everything was safely transported to my new place without any hiccups. Despite the challenges of moving into a third-floor apartment, they tackled the task with ease and a positive attitude.
I cannot express enough gratitude for their hard work and dedication in making my move such a smooth and stress-free experience. Their professionalism and expertise truly made all the difference, and I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding service.

Definitely recommend and will use Ace Relocation Systems again! From the initial consultation with Tracie, to the actual moving day with John & Brian, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team was quick, yet very thorough, ensuring that all of my belongings were packed and transported safely to my new home. I was amazed at how swiftly everything was completed without compromising on the quality of service.

Second time I’ve used this relocation company and both time everything was extremely well packed and shipped. Nothing broken in either trip and the driver was very accommodating to our arrival day! Extremely professional as well.

Pros: 1) Communication with Ace leading up to the move was easy and quick. 2) The team that unloaded our van in our new house was AWESOME. Efficient and professional. Great experience with them! 3) They scheduled us for a long cross country move with very little notice during the summer busy season.Cons:1) We scheduled two days for packing our 4500 sq ft home to be on the safe side as we needed to be out of our home by a certain day. One the first day, the packing team was one guy. He showed up after 10, left before 4 and took a 90 minute lunch. On the second day, the packing team was two people. They showed up late morning again and left once the loading team arrived midday - before they had finished packing the house. The loading team proceeded to load our unpacked, loose items into the van (clothes, kids toys, computer equipment) - ridiculous!! I had to ask them to stop and pack our items first, so they began to do that, but sloppily and quickly. As we found out when we unpacked later, there was A LOT of damage due to this.2) The loading team neglected to properly pad and protect much of our furniture leading to a lot of scuffs and scratches and even a broken leg on our custom sectional. They also broke a very expensive moving desk when trying to disassemble it for the move (which they later refused to pay for).3) They asked us to fill out a form for “high value”/sentimental/hard to replace items that they would take extra care with. We filled out only 6 items on this list, and they broke beyond repair 4 our of the 6 of the items on this list (a custom sectional and the desk mentioned above and 2 expensive pieces of electronic equipment - turns out the fine print says they are not liable for costs of broken electronics - which we found out later had been loaded loose and unprotected/unpadded/unpacked right into the van).4) The final price we had to pay was 10% over the estimated price despite being told that we were given an over estimate.5) Our total damaged items added up to about $13,000 - for a move we had paid over $25,000 for.6) The claims process took over 9 months to complete. They denied most of the damage - claimed it was pre-existing or not their fault. Or there was fine print saying they weren't responsible for it. To say it was an infuriating process would be an underestimate. In the end, after much countering and back and forth, their final and highest offer was $1,500. We considered taking them to small claims court, but when we looked into it, the cost in money and time to sue would end up being more than the money and time it would take to replace and repair our belongings. I’m sure they count on this.We would NEVER use this moving company again and strongly urge any one else to not use them either.

Ace Relocation- Seattle's teams were professional from the start. Tracie knows the business VERY well, is responsive, proactive and on top of every detail. The loading crew was timely, hard-working and efficient. I would highly recommend Ace Relocation- Seattle!!

The initial estimate did not change despite us getting rid of 2 couches and 1 dining table. Somewhere along the way, a set of antique silver cutlery went missing but that could've happened anywhere between the 3 weeks of transport cross country. We did not notice until a couple of days after delivery. The move itself went smoothly (packing and unpacking)
