Accredo pharmacy is hands down the worst to deal with. They make mistakes and the patient ends up without medications and no way to fix issues after calling them day after day and being promised they would get the med order taken care of. I really wish my docs office would end the use of this HORRIBLE company. They don't deserve the star I had to give them in order to post this comment.

We have been trying for weeks to get my Prescription filled. I am two weeks past when I should have taken my shot. If you have another choice of a pharmacy I would go with them. We called every single day to find out what the hold up was and reps were nice but didn’t have answers! Very poor customer service!

It took nearly 30 minutes just to figure out they called me. Then after an hour, they finally figured out they cancelled my prescription for who knows why. They also told me they couldn't work on my prescription without me on the phone. I have never heard anything so asinine in my life. I'm in horrible pain with AS and without my medication. This is why you don't let insurance companies (Express Scripts) run medical facilities. This is beyond gross incompetence.

I will be changing employment so I can change prescription coverage; this place is a joke. I am forced to use it by my insurance or face a large co-pay for using a local pharmacy. Thankfully I have extra coverage and was able to use it to get my meds but they have known for a week I was out.

I tried giving 0 stars but the site does not allow. I started dealing with this poor excuse for a pharmacy over two years ago. After one month, I changed insurance. A second file was opened for me. Since that time those two files have been scrambled and unscrambled multiple times. Each unscrambling has cost me at least an hour on the phone. Within 2 months, things are fouled up again. Why would anyone deal with such an unreliable pharmacy? Simple answer, health insurance company selects the specialty pharmacy. I was with CVS with my previous insurance carrier and they were invisible after the first prescription was filled. I would place an order and it was delivered, billing was correct and no useless automated phone calls being prompted by the wrong file. Accredo does not care about anything but money.

The worst company ever. I have been waiting for a medication I need for my auto-immune disorder for almost three months. Every person I speak to has something different to say, and the "24-48 hours" response time for literally everything makes it exhausting to continually follow up when they haven't reached out or done what they're supposed to do. I wish I did not to go through this ridiculously negligent and incompetent specialty pharmacy. Their only speciality is severe inadequacy.

The absolute worst company to get prescriptions from. They have absolutely no way to expedite prescriptions even after doctors from a hospital and insurance providers call and ask them to expedite an order. Once they finally tell you they will ship your prescription overnight. They will change the delivery date in the middle of the night moving it forward almost a week. This company will kill you. Premera should change vendors immediately.

UNTRAINED customer service. You tell the clerk to slow down and talk clearer while reading from their script and they don't . You have to yell STOP....STOP....STOP in order to get their attention from reading.Had to confirm my home address 4 times in the last order ...as if I was moving somewhere during the conversation. The automated software will not listen to you when you say CUSTOMER SERVICE in the very beginning in order to speak to a clerk. You have do wade through all the prompts and then it transfers you to Customer ServiceTook 45 minutes to place my first order AFTER they had all the information delivered to them by Express Scripts.

I would put negative stars if I could, no one seems to have the same information regarding prior authorizations and despite my doctors office calling them on my behalf over 4 times now to correct information they still have yet to get anything fixed. If you have an option for a different pharmacy please take it.

I am a healthcare professional that works with this pharmacy. This is one of the worst pharmacies that I’ve ever had to work with.I don’t believe that they keep notes on conversations that were had. They constantly lose documents, forget to return calls and generally are not knowledgeable about prior authorizations.

Trust the 1 star reviews and try to change the specialty pharmacy as soon as you can. Customer reps are generally quite nice but doesn’t make up for the fact they mismanaged my account all year and now for the first time in 3 years I’m on the verge of having to stop my life saving meds

I have been working with Accredo for the last 5 months for shipping of a refrigerated medication. Of the last 5 deliveries, 3 of them have had an issue and 2 of thse have resultd in me missing a dose of my medication. Their order status page online is never up to date and their customer service team never has any idea what's going on. They always wait until the last possible minute to tell you if there is an issue with your order and have forgotten parts of my order on multiple occasions. If you have to work with this company for your prescription, I am truly sorry. Accredo is an absolute joke.

This is the worst billing department I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to have them bill my copay assistance CORRECTLY for over 4 months. My copay assistance company has offered them pre-authorization to pay but for some reason, they wait to do anything. Their front line billing people have no way to do anything but listen to my frustration and tell me that it has been escalated, which means absolutely nothing since whoever it gets escalated to won't do anything. I have asked several times for supervisors to call me back and have never once been called back! This is the worst run business ever.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m not a serial complainer - this is the first review I’ve ever left, that’s how bad they are. Any change to your insurance or your prescription will result in you being sentenced to customer service hell. They will tell you that they are expediting your claim and it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. They’ve been telling me that now for 31 days. Customer service reps will give you a direct line and an extension number to call so you don’t have to go through the horrific phone tree, and it will turn out to be wrong or a dead end. They couldn’t be worse if they tried; being the worst may actually be their mission statement.

So upset. Finally found a medication to help my chronic illness and save my eye. My insurance company forced me to switch to this pharmacy. Have been going back and forth with them for a week. They told me Friday it was worked out. Then got a message today saying it's still not authorized again. They even say they see the prescription and they see the authorization from the insurance but their Computer is rejecting it. It has been escalated to a supervisor and it will take 24 business hours to fix. Not 24 hours. 24 business hours. 3 days. So my dose won't even be mailed until after its late if it comes at all. This is a biologic that I depend on to function and so i can keep my eyeball. Not getting this can cause my body to aggressively start attacking itself again. They have no idea what is going on with their own paperwork and dont care. I just want to cry. I never had this problem with my other special pharmacy.
