This company deliver on their own time at their own pace. Don't ecmxpect any updates or any prompt reliable service.
It's as though they are delivering for the first time ever.
No communication, not able to accurately track an item, can't find reliable drivers (uses this as an excuse why your shipment is sitting in a wherehouse or truck somewhere not moving).

Lisa from the Kent office went above & beyond to help with my shipment. Quite unbeknownst to me, my order ended up being shipped as a 700lb pallet. When we decided where the best place to unload it at, she used every tool @ her disposal to drop it as close to my storage unit as possible, which is "miles" closer than I could have done alone. Professional, courteous & prompt. Exactly how a business & their employees should be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would absolutely hire them again for shipments. Lisa (from the Kent office gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & a few ??????)

Once my item arrived at their facility, I had to call to get on their delivery schedule. I expected them to contact me, which delayed the delivery. The shipment box arrived late and was damaged. The delivery driver did not give a call with a 30-minute ETA as the customer service representative said they would.

Great located place. Really friendly staff. Dude on the forklift knew what he was doing. Just remember to ask for their new location address if going to pick up your freight. It's now at old reddaway location.

This company is not worth pulling for..They are unreliable for pay,unreliable for fair mileage,unreliable to pay an owner operator or driver fair pay when their equipment breaks for 3 days to be repaired while a driver is stuck in a truck for that 3 days...the broker Brandon is slow to answer questions with real answers and is an excuse machine/ hustler.....I will never trust this company again...and had I known that they'd cheat us I'd have left their trailer in South Dakota when it broke down and bobtail hime

I used their consumer pod service, U-Pack, from their warehouse in Dallas to their warehouse in Seattle. The price was unbeatable, everyone I spoke with was great, everything arrived undamaged, they they made the trip in 7 days, even with inclement weather. Highly recommend for cross-country moves.The only thing that was inconvenient is that you can only load and unload at their warehouses on weekdays. That would have definitely helped a lot.

This was my second experience with use of ABF Freight relocubes. I shipped my father's possessions from Gainesville FL to Olympia WA. I was happy to see that my first driver in Gainesville was Lloyd -- he was the pick-up driver for my first experience. The guy is a saint. He has a super positive attitude, is willing to offer moving advice, and in general, instills a high level of confidence about his company's products and services. The shipping container arrived on time as projected. The price was very reasonable, and the communications with the company were reliable and accurate. I will definitely use this company again when I need to ship items. Thanks very much to the staff and perhaps as many as 10 drivers who made sure the container arrived on time and in good condition.
