Again ABC Roofing has damaged the greenspace/parking strip because their gate is too small for the trucks delivering product. Poor neighbors.

After a year of healing this green strip, this company has yet AGAIN damaged this strip.It happened sometime Monday, January 22nd, 2024I unwisely removed the cones and two candle sticks that had been in place since August as it had FINALLY been healed and was looking great. Last time this happened, the manager or owner said that the damage was because of my van!?? Parked across the street. Well, it wasn't ever the problem then and today, Monday the 22nd of January 2024 my van was nowhere near this business as it was on Harbor lsland were l work. They have a gate that is too small for the larger trucks that come to deliver. l'm not guessing as l've seen the truck drivers careless turning and tearing up the green space.If anyone has a solution please let this company know that their customers or vendors are damaging the green space over and over and over.

I will be using ABC supply for all of my future projects. A mistake was made on my order for some roofing. the representative I was dealing with took responsibility for the mistake and issued a refund, which was a very honorable thing to do especially since it was all word of mouth. But he remembered the conversation and owned it. It's nice to know that there's a company I can trust

May experience with ABC Supply Co maybe a bit different then most ... There warehouse must be down by where I work.. I see there trucks on the road often , here's where my experience starts.On several occasions I have seen it their trucks bypass the metered ramp on 84th. Which is illegal for a truck of that size.... After seeing this several times I call the company. First asking them if it is legal for their trucks to be in such lane the man on the phone would not answer the question at first. He finally said I suppose not. He then inform me that he has no proof that this is happening. I replied that I would be more than happy to send him pictures and he promptly hung up on me. This is really nothing more than educating your drivers to do legal things when they're representing your company That's really all that needed done.

Waited well over 2 hours for an order we placed a while ago. Called multiple times and they said they were “preparing the order”. Didn’t know it took that long for a very small order. Ridiculous

This. Roofing supplier. It's the worst. Don't open account with this guys. 1. They have the worse drivers and unexperience loaders. Plus. They will charge materials differently. On each location. Even with account. Go elsewhere
