They charged me $400 to start my car with the proper key that was in the car took aprox. 3 mins of labor hours. Then broke my gps tracking system. Then threatened me with more charges

After paying for a membership for years my sister tried to use it for the first time during the snow tonight. They left her stranded in the snow because the hill was "dangerous"When I arrived shortly after I drove it in a Honda Civic.This company is useless. Your membership is useless.

Replaced my oil pan on my 2014 Audi Q7. Great fast service. I was able to get their service loaner so I was not out of a car during the whole process. Communication was awesome. I was in the loop on every step of the repair. Highly recommended!

Although I could write a lengthy descriptive reflection of my experience at this business I will keep this short and express that I definitely do not recommend doing business with this place. I did purchase a vehicle in 2017 and later took it back to get some work done. I have evidence that the man you will deal with here is willing to lie (multiple times). There's a possibility that your time will not be respected as he has committed to appointments and then he was not there (whether it was due to traffic or due to him assuming the appointment was at a different time and never once checking the texted messages he sent confirming the actual appointment time). I also realized that they purchase damaged vehicles rebuild and resell them. Unfortunately I could tell that the quality of the work was poor. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this business. Not only due to the quality of the vehicles but most importantly due to the unprofessional execution of business.

1. You can make a reservation! No lingering for hours waiting to see your car serviced. 2. They are so f**king HONEST! I love these people. My car is in such good hands here (2008 BMW 328i). 3. They have a lovely, clean waiting room with restroom, TV, coffee and couch, and often the brainy/lovely daughter, Violetta, may be there to converse with you. 4. They are a hard-working immigrant family that knows their stuff about cars, but if they don't know it, they will do everything possible to find out about it. They Do the Right Thing! 5. Did you read this? Are you still thinking about going anywhere else? Stop that.

Great guys. Came over to this place when my car window was broken into. At first, I waited for them to fix it since I didn't have a ride home. They didn't find the right window since my 07 Toyota was made in America and not Japan. They went around town and were able to find the a replacement window, but was already late, past 8pm. Instead of having me wait longer, the owner offered to drive me back to Fed Way. Personal car service? Wow! That went above and beyond. Got the car back the next day, window replaced within one day. Tip of the day: Don't leave anything in your car when parked. Even a crappy backpack gives the thieves incentive to break in. ARGH!! The window cost waaaay more than the old backpack with old gym clothes.
