I give the store alone and all the products a 5. Everything is cleaner than the average 711, and my favorite is that the stories are actually frozen, I love this!The only reason I'm fixing an ocean 3 is because of the treatment I received and continue to receive from the clerks. For example; there I am one day, I'm taking my time to look at all of the smells flavors and decide what I want. Well, I am looking around for the straws, after deciding the flavors, and it's very apparent that my every single move was watched the entire time because the clerk rudely shouts "Straws are right there!!!!" Clearly, as if to hurry me up and out of the store.Also every single time I'm at a 711 where the clerks aren't the most pleasant, those same clerks turn to any male customer and treat them respectfully. It's rare that I ever feel welcome at any 711 locations and unfortunately this store is one of those locations.Customer treatment: ⭐ ONE.Overall score: ⭐⭐⭐ THREE.

I'm here visiting with my tattoo artist and my hotel is literally next door to this 7Eleven. I walked in after reading the reviews on here was not expecting to experience what others had. Why, because you make your own day and control your own happiness.These clerks greeted but once I acknowledged them and smiled it was a game changer. The clerks are awesome. I think the people who may think otherwise go in not even try to make a difference in a day. You seriously could be in a bad mood in any job and not be so courteous to some customers and why cause the actions made by yourself.These guys rocked and even gave me the ability to snag some extra sugar as my hotels sugar sucked! Thanks guys!Don't go off reviews people, anyone can be the shift in a day with humility and gratitude.

If there were an option for zero stars I would have given them zero! Very rude. With my own cup any other 7 eleven charges .25 cents for ice. They charged me 1.00$ I will not return to this store!!!

Extremely rude employee working counter. Just got off working an 11 hour shift. I needed to get fuel to make it home. All I had on me was $100 dollar bill. Got a coffee, fuel, and a scratch ticket. He scanned my purchase. I grabbed my stuff and then he yelled at me to hold on. I said excuse me ? He said I need to check the bill. I replied, no you don't. I'm not buying anything from a place that thinks it's okay to yell at customers. I asked him for the store ID # he gave me the address. With a terrible attitude. Gas light is on. Thank God I have AAA. Apparently customer service is not required to work at this 7/11. Such a nice new store. Won't be going there ever again.

Quite literally the rudest most condescending store clerks I've ever had them misfortunate of dealing with work at the 7-eleven. And when you think about the fact that they mislabel popular products with low prices only to charge unreasonably high prices at the register while telling you that it was a mistake and they will fix it but they never do fix it I don't understand why anybody would return to this place. Then you come across how dirty it is...... This is very possibly the worst 7-Eleven and all the world.

I walked in there close to 2 in the morning and they were super incredibly rude these two guys that were in there one guy was watching something on his phone and when i asked him if there was room temperature water he said no and the room temperature water come t find out is right at the entrance at the bottom and then the other guys is telling me i better think fast and hurry up and just get out cause he has s*** to do like if there is supposed to be some kind of time limit to pick and choose what u want to get all of this within just two minutes of being there and then an argument followed where i made it clear that I'm the customer and they work for us we don't work for them i mean what do they possibly get out of harrassing and insulting a customer like this they are a joke completely and if they own the joint their customer service seriously sucks terribly they are definitely tyrants

As far as 7/11's go this one is nice! Good customer service, was able to understand the cashier and i was able to get my questions answered. Bought a couple scratch tickets on my trip. If I'm in distance I would return.

My first time in, I was excited to go in because I had never been before and I grew up here in Kent and it's nice to see a new spot in your stomping grounds.... Well, I went straight to the counter and asked to load my cash app card and he was very quick to say "NO!" Very rudely! Looking me up and down and said only between 8 to 8, mind you it was only 8:10pm. I couldn't believe how rude he was and how he wouldn't just let me load my card. It's literally a cash app load location on the cash app map.Another thing, this place is a pain to get into north-bound Central Ave, you have to turn left on the S curve and at night impossible to see their entrance around that corner (not painted and could easily go over a curb). Terrible first experience and will not be returning!!! Customer experience is #1. Treat your customers with kindness especially if you are in their hometown running a business, not the opposite - with rudeness and judgement and disrespect. I will never return here again, not even if I was in dire need of something.In addition, I went to another 711 on Washington Ave after this location, and they were very paranoid about me wanting to load my card too, and said they don't allow people to load their cards there, yet again, it's another cash app location on the map. These two clerks at both locations seem very suspicious and I won't ever give them my business again.
