Let me to.provide information about the Cashier Misconduct and Aggressive Behavior at 7-Eleven in kent .
Here is my review
I would like to formally file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at the 7-Eleven store located on Kent-Kangley Road in Kent, WA.
On 04/26/25 between 6:56 to 7:4pm while visiting the store with my children, i wanted to but drinks and cookies plus other items i was in line mean the next person but the cashier ignored me and started check out with other costomer who wasn't in line his turn was after me i explained to cashier that im in line while I experienced extremely inappropriate aggressive, and frightening behavior from the cashier on duty. The cashier acted in an immature and unprofessional manner. He shouted at me without cause, insulted me in front of my children, and displayed aggressive behavior that made both me and my children feel unsafe and scared. Because I was woman so he ignored me
The cashier then ordered us to leave the store, speaking in a highly disrespectful and inappropriate way. His conduct was completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role and caused emotional distress to my me and my kids.
This aggressive behavior, especially toward a parent with children, is deeply concerning. I am requesting other women to.know such unprofessional poeple. Thank you for your attention.

The people that work here are so rude! I cannot believe the lack of customer service at this location. Two Indian men, very rude and abrupt with zero knowledge on how to interact with customers. Will not be coming back to this location.
P.S the slushies were crap, all watered down and not frozen
Also they try to scam you. I redeemed some points on the app so I could use them at the store. Both men we're trying to lie and deny me to use my points even though I had already redeemed them

Store has good coffee but employees are rude they pretty much just want you in and out. I normally just stop and get a cold coffee and use the atm. I just got a call from my bank that i had fraudulent activity on my account. I will no longer use their atm.

The staff don't even know what's on their own shelves. We were driving cross the state to visit family and I was getting sick I wanted dramamine for nausea but the two people working in the store did not speak English very well and had no idea what I was asking for. So I rephrase my question where do you keep the medication like aspirin or Tylenol and still they gave me a blank look after throwing up in the garbage can out side the front door a customer brought me a brand new package of dramamine and said it was in the corner next to the the benadryl. I really appreciate that another customer knew where it was but had the staff known I might not have thrown up in their trash can. When I felt a little better, I went back in to buy some water and crackers and again just got blank looks and confusion from the two non english speaking cashiers, who knew where the water was but did not know what a cracker was. I eventually found the cheese sandwich crackers and peanut butter sandwich crackers on my own after about 10-15 minutes of searching. I like 7-11 as a store as a chain, but this store did not impress me.

What kind of stupidity is this, if you work around the clock, why does the toilet open from 6:00 in the morning, who came up with this? Seller 07/16/24 4:50am, if this is your personal toilet, then I'm sorry, put up a sign for the work schedule of your toilet! LoL▪️

So it's a 711/Chevron and they were closed when we got there so we got gas and the person working opened up just for us. That was amazing! I have not experienced special treatment like that for no reason except for the fact that this place knows all about customer service and how to treat people that want to spend their time and money. Thank you

I'd give it 0 stars if Google allowed me to. This place sucks! Their gas pumps didn't accept my $.40/gallon Safeway Rewards discount at their Chevron pumps. Chevron contracts with Safeway so you can use your rewards points with them. The staff also doesn't speak any English- so good luck communicating. They can't communicate at all so any advanced issues like this and you're on your own- they aren't capable of helping you. I complained to 7-Eleven corporate and are refunding my money but it shouldn't have to come to this. Don't get gas here!

There is an employee here who steals points blatantly from customers. He has stolen hundreds of points from me personally. When confronted about stealing the points by entering his own personal phone number he becomes aggressive. This employee has hundreds of thousands of points. This is theft. He is stealing essentially money from customers and using his job to benefit himself. This needs to be investigated, 7/11 has thousands of hours of time stamped footage of him entering his number while a customer makes a transaction. He should be in jail.

Go to literally any other station than this. Everything is overpriced, and the employees regularly try to overcharge you and hope you don't notice.
