Place is extremely dirty. Almost all stair maters are broken and the 4/10 that are functioning are semi working they feel like they are on the verge of breaking. Mind you I’ve noticed these broken machines for a little over a year now.. nothing has been replaced or fixed they just slap a ‘temporarily outta service’ label on it. They charge a good amount of money for monthly membership and yearly maintenance fee for machines to be old dirty and broken. Only reason I stay is because it’s super close to home. Somebody stole all my debit card and all my credit cards from the locker room and when I come to the front desk to report the person in the front desk was really unprofessional and he was standing on the other side while I asked him that I want to report that someone stole my debit and credit cards, this front desk guy was looking on the other side and replied that I hear you. So disrespectful and had a bad behavior. This happened on Sunday 10/15/2023 around 5:00 pm.

Lots of free weights and machines to work out on plus they space it far enough sooo you will not get close enough to any one and have sanitize spray all around

The staff here is really good, a membership related confusion I had was handled really well by Ashley and details were patiently explained to me.The facility is clean, trainers are welcoming and equipment is well maintained.

By far one of the dirtiest gyms in Puget Sound. The staff is too busy on their phones for customer service and the "cleaning" crew does anything but. If you think it's dirty today, just wait, it'll be worse tomorrow.

Scott Green is absolutely phenomenal as a sales manager! I've been a proud member of 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness for over 20 years, and let me tell you, I have never come across a sales manager who works as tirelessly as Scott. He's not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty, even when it comes to cleaning up. His energy is infectious and incredibly positive.

This gym is usually well kept with the exception of weekdays after 4pm, when there are soooo many people here that you kinda have to wait around to use almost anything. The staff here have always been friendly to me, and the people that go here are also usually friendly and keep to themselves. I like 24hr more than other gyms because of their different machines, classes, and their pool and spa. This gym is also ACTUALLY 24hrs so I can get a good workout in any time of the day.

The kent location needs to step their game up tbh. The bathrooms/locker rooms are always dirty I’ve been there multiple days in a row where there’s been no toilet paper. The staff doesn’t care about much there’s literally a guy that sleeps at this gym and yes they’ve seen him the steam room smells disgusting not sure if that’s fixable. But for the price I guess I can’t complain…. Could definitely be better though

Ima be honest. Shay the front desk girl has the personality of a light pole with no electricity. I walked in interested in a membership and then ran into this wide eyed pokerface ray of sunshine. Immediately changed my whole mood & mind. Just a Pure 1 star personality

I came in to sign up for a membership. Karina was very patient and helpful. She made sure to answer all of my questions and I appreciate that.She walked me to the women's locker room and showed me multiple areas where I could work out that are mostly empty like the cycle room and the other classroom.I did notice some things that concern me, like one shower that only had cold water and the shower floors not being very clean. Hence the 4 stars. Thankfully I brought shower shoes.

***Looks like this location deleted my review off of Google so posting here. Truth and honesty hurts I guess....Rather than hiding it, I wish this location would just fix their issues and make us members happy. We all pay dues for equipment, use, etc; the least this location could do is make sure the gym is functioning at an optimal level and all equipment is working properly.*** **You know it's bad when you have to keep updating your review with more issues. I have to agree with many of the most recent reviews regarding some of the front desk staff especially the overnight males working the desk (except Jimay, he is great). Pretty unprofessional when you hear and see them snickering with another member using insolent tone about another member that is currently present in the gym. Corporate, this gym is appalling and really needs a staff change from the manager down immediately.***It's been months since my review and the Airdyne Bike still has yet to be fixed. Are you kidding me!!!!! I have made requests to have it fixed and inquired about it, yet nothing is being done. Unprofessional on every level!!!! There appears to be a new piece of equipment broke everyday and the gym just gets dirtier and dirtier. This please needs a change in leadership immediately!*This gym is dirty (if you got time to lean, you got time to clean)! The staff at this location could care less about cleaning and getting equipment fixed. There use to be some janitors in the early AM, but they have disappeared. There is dust, paper towels and trash everywhere when I visit. The air dyne bike seat has been broke for months with no repair (I have even asked the front desk about it). The TYR that use to be out on the turf area disappeared months ago as well after it got wore out and started leaking its interior rocks and has yet to be replaced. The overnight/early AM staff here is always too busy on their laptops/computers playing video games or watching movies. Many times I see "guests" just let in as they may know the front desk person. Sometimes the front desk people are out wrestling on the turf area with some of their friends (must be nice to screw around at work and be paid). There really needs to be a visit from the regional manager or corporate. I visit many of the 24's around the sound, and this one needs help and change!!!

So I've been a member here for years. I've gone in after work and before work and one of the worst experiences is going to check in because 90% of the time the staff completely ignores you or is very standoff-ish when you say a simple good morning or hello. On March 31st this past Fri at 5AM The two staff members one women and one man were just chatting to themselves and ignoring everyone. I said a simple good morning which I do everytime to be friendly and courteous while the guy had his back turned completely away. He turned around and looked at me like who are you to say good morning to me, he just scoffed at me and went back to talking. The women didn't acknowledge me at all. To me the front counter staff is so crucial in making the gym feel warm and inviting. I've been to gyms where as soon as you walk in the door the staff make it a point to welcome you in and be friendly and open. Imagine what the people who are brand new to working out feel when the employees treat you like they don't want you there. Nobody wants to feel unwelcomed and that should never be the case. I wish the owners would actually make a point to train the staff in good customer service and train them to be friendly and courteous or even just being professional.

Bad Quality and worst customer service. The worst Manager is Ashley. “Save your time and money $$ go somewhere else.”Dirty gym and unsafe place in WA state”. Do not become another victim like me. (Car window smashed, no one care at Kent location).Few weeks ago, I went to gym late night and my window got smashed. I have reported both to 24hrs fitness website and call to their Branch Mgr- Ashley. She was not concern about my safety and refused to check the video history. She said it was too dark to see anything and it was customer fault to park their car there and get car window smashed. Not her problem. Seriously!!?? what kind of bad customer service is this!!**CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP right away!***I have filed Kent police report and escalated this issue to corporate.I hope District Manager or upper level management team train her a bit more instead of let her coming to just collect her paycheck. I Guess they do not care about losing more customer..
